I really love this place. This Barnes and Noble has one of my favorite cafe layouts. Its in the middle of the store on a raised deck area. Theres tons of seating: tables and chairs as well as a bar area, and plush chairs are also scattered around the store. Perfect for studying with friends or getting some work done. The staff here is wonderful as well. I purchased a misprinted Barnes & Noble classic edition of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy about six months ago that was missing 50 pages! The staff gave me a new copy, no receipt necessary. It was really nice of them to address the problem so quickly, and they were nothing but polite throughout the whole thing. Im looking forward to going back!

Although I didnt order in the store, I bought online. But the books were in great condition and they got to me earlier than I intended the would. But I can read earlier than I was supposed to. Although my order was 3 things, I only received 2 out of the 3. My order is supposed to get here today by DHL (I asked for UPS but they came in the the regular mail.Maybe it was the company who did that not Barnes and Noble) Well other than that, theres not much I could complain about. But Barnes and Noble definitely deserves 5 stars.

This was my first time at this Barnes and Nobel, the staff were the rudest ever. Customers were complaining too about the poor level of customer service. I asked a sales associate to assist me with a book search and after he spared me a moment of his time...his response was "the reason you cant find it is because we dont have it". He did not offer to order it, he was so rude, I had to remind him that I was entitled to a certain amount of courtesy as a customer.

This is a great book store. If they dont have what you are looking for, then they will order it for you. Their customer service is superb. There is a little dessert and coffee cafe located in the middle of the store. It has a nice selection of munchies. There is plenty of seating both in the cafe and in the store where you can read some of the amazing books for sale. There is also a large selection of magazines and the childrens area is very kid friendly.

They have nice seats to read their books extensively and their management and staff has not said anything to me or anyone else there about reading a book for 5 hours and then just leaving. Their starbucks is quick and efficient and mainly the location itself is clean. The only downside would be the lack of outlets but I think thats just a chronic issue with Barnes and Nobles in general.

I usually go and look for the magazines and I find interesting content to where I can get myself published as a graphic designer or photographer I get inspired by walking through the aisles and looking at your newest release offers and then when I leave I usually get a caramel macchiato is it a Starbucks right there

Customer service is dead at this store. No desire to help me find a book, which is on best seller list. Told me they didnt have it. I found it myself. I let cashier know my experience. I get the huff and eye roll. Not Im sorry that happened. Save yourself from the incompetence and rudeness. Buy from Amazon

Ive been to the B&N a number of times. I have always gotten good service here. The staff as usual are polite, knowledgeable and take the time to let you window shop or give advice when needed. This shop upholds the B&N standards any regular customer expects.

The book selection is amazing. There is something for everyone, even small children. Although the prices were quite high, the books are in top quality. And there is a starbucks kiosk of sorts on the inside of this store, along with adequate seating

Great atmosphere and staff. I love being able to browse and read books without being bothered. The staff now when I need help and they deliver the best help! The Starbucks is nice but I personally dont get anything from there.

Well lit and very clean. One caveat though, expect to wait in a line as there is only one register open at any given minute. It took a line of roughly 10 people for them to add a second cashier. Other than that, no issues.

Great space, huge selection of books and discs. Good deals on books. Comfortable Starbucks inside, also offers board and card games and robotic kits such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi. This place also sells vynil discs.

This Barnes and Noble is always quiet and has a huge selection including a vinyl section! Always happy to help customers, but doesnt harass you if youre just looking. My favorite book store and a must visit!

Wide selection of books, magazines, toys, arts and crafts. Very nice and quiet atmosphere. Theres a Starbucks in the center of the entire store in case you want to grab a bite

Barnes and Noble is a great bookstore to just browse, read, and pick out books. This one has a nice cafe in the middle, where you can sit and study as well.

Definitely a Barnes and Noble I havent been to before. Their cafe is in the middle of the entire store, but their selection of books is pretty good.

Great clean store with great hours so people can go after work. Also the staff can be a hit or a miss because some are rude and some are nice.
