Books... Books everywhere... It happened one faithful day in the summer. Barbra and I were on our way to our favorite book store. Barbra looked at me and said that she loved me, when I turned to see her she was now a dog. How did she become a dog if all my life I saw her as my turtle? I didnt know the answer but I knew that I would find out through my local book store. Barnes and Noble was named after my beautiful Barbra, that now when I turned my head wasnt a dog anymore, but was actually an aardvark. I didnt blame her, aardvark fluids are the coldest that anyone has ever known. This bookstore was able to tell me what was happening with my beloved Barbra, the staff didnt really help me much until I had asked the information desk but still the hello that they had provided had saved my now giraffe wife. The staff was courteous and polite, the store organized so well that my now cat wife had shed a tear. This store also has a coffee house smack dab in the middle that although wouldnt accept my magical horse woman wife because she was "horsing around" I completely understood. If I had to say anything about this bookstore it would be that its pretty dope.

Its expensive and the ambiance doesnt justify the price. Teenagers running around and they only offer a few worn out pieces of furniture to preview books. Carpet is so old it makes the whole place smell. If you want to read a book and enjoy it, visit to library up the street on university. Better ambiance and its free. If outer going to charge full price for books, at least offer an inviting ambiance. Employees are snobby and rude as well. The bn in Plantation and Boca Raton are much nicer.

I had a wonderful experience. Gabby, a sales associate on the floor, assisted me and she was the sweetest. She repeatedly called me a valued customer and truely made me feel like one. She assisted me in finding a present for my boyfriend. The greatest thing Gabby did for me was wrap my presents for me. I didnt expect her to considering the store was about to close in 5 minutes. Gabby provides wonderful customer service and deserves a appraisal.

As soon as you enter the doors, its apparent why this B&N location is the absolute premier and popular book store anywhere in the near vacinity. Excellenct staff knowledge and customer service when needing assistance locating a book, author, or topic. The layout is superb, the floors and shelves always clean, theres good wireless connectivity, and plenty of seating to complete work without distraction with access to plenty of resources.

Worse service ever! The manager Maritza refused to discount damaged books. She said I could either buy the book as is or not at all.Unbelievable!! Never ever again. She didnt offer any options or made any suggestions she was pretty short and rude! She tried to bully me into buying a new book which looked like a used book. Really?! Shame on you Barnes & Nobles!

I love coming here with my daughter. They have a train table and Lego table set up in the store. She loves playing with the Thomas trains. They also have a fairly extensive (but overpriced) toy section. I enjoy looking at the magazine, kids books, or other books while my daughter plays (although Im usually requested to play with her).

I think the customer service needs improvement. The people who worked there were so cold and not friendly. The gentleman who was at the customer service desk act as if I was a bother to him and the cashier was grumpy. I was not impressed. No one had a smile or smiled. It seemed they did not want to be working there.

Nice bookstore for socializing and hanging out in the cafe. Great selection of books and periodicals. My 12 year old loves the kids section. Staff is very nice and helpful, during my last visit Melissa helped put some books aside for me to pick up at another time (Christmas shopping), thanks Melissa.

My favorite place to spend time! (Not just because they are the last bookstore left in town, either) The employees are always very helpful, and the store always supplies an ample selection of merchandise. If it isnt available, they can almost always order it.

Great selection of books. Staff is quick to help. If they dont have what Im looking for on the shelf, they order it for me and it arrives quickly. Also sitting at the cafe with a passion fruit ice tea while thumbing through a few magazines is always refreshing

Have always enjoyed this Barnes & Noble. Only thing to continually work on is keeping Starbucks area clean, esp. where you put cream, sugar, etc., into coffee. Also bathrooms need to be kept clean more. Womans bathroom is always pretty dirty.

Huge selection of books, I cant help but to buy something every time I visit. The Starbucks inside is very good and the line is never long. The staff are friendly knowledgeable. The establishment is always very clean and tidy as well.

Its a big book store that has a Starbucks inside of it! They frequently have good finds in the clearance bins and shelfs. They have a large "toy" selection for kids AND ADULTS. Parking can be difficult on weekends. Its in "The Walk".

Great place to get all your books great selection and its nice and quiet where you can actually sit and read a book or even do homework. I believe they have a Starbucks inside so you can have coffee in there or go across the street

I want to like it more, but it caters primarily to children and adults who color. I get it. markets gonna take you where its gonna. but like give me something or start a strand used books section. Still, the best bookstore around.

This barnes and nobles has no outlets. I asked the lady at the front if they had any outlets and she said no. I drove out of my way with the impression that I could plug in my laptop to complete my work.

My 13 year old daughter tried to reserve a book and the manager told her that there are 400,00 copies in print so she doesnt need to reserve it.... Loved this book store up until this incident.....

Great place to study as well as it being a book store. They have a little cafe inside where you can sit and bring your laptop. Its literally a 2 minute walk from my house, so I come here a lot.

Its usually noisy here with teenagers sprawled all over the place. They could use more chairs. I realize this isnt a library but they need to do something about all the kids on the floor.

If youve been to one B&N book store - youve been to them all, basicly. This one is nice, clean, & comfortable. Every employee Ive had encounters with, have been friendly and helpful.

had a nice school events here but both time i went to buy book they didnt have it they didnt have any book by L.J. smith well at least when i went which is disappointing

Real bookstores have become so hard to find. I love B&N. They have a great selection of books and magazines, but added bonuses, like educational toys and a nice little cafe.
