The staff was great. HOWEVER, about 2 weeks before Christmas the lady said" oh would you like 3 free magazines?" I said sure. she asked which 3 and I picked them. Well I just found out that my credit card is now being charged for those magazines!!! She never said they woulld be a suscription or that I would ever be charged! I am calling the manager and I am one very upset customer!

I went to the mall during the big rainstorm and I spent a good amount of time in this bookstore. I was very impressed with the manga and Warrior books in the childrens section (anyone who reads them knows its not a childs book though) and the staff was so friendly and nice. I am going to return many many more times to be a big spender!!!

How can you operate a business by not opening up until noon on Sundays?? Is this why you had to shut down your other store, which was much larger and had 3x the book inventory?

The cashier got angry that I would not do the "try 3 free magazine then get charged later" and chucked my purchase on the counter at me.
