Half a star. Ordered a frame with tassel online. Tassel didnt come with the frame. Emailed the bookstore - no response (only 1 day so far). Tried to call many times over two days. Voicemail is "full" Not like the employees are that busy - when I visited there last Friday (19 Aug 16)
