I had my first tattoo and my husband his secon done here nearly a year ago while we were on vacation. I had it highly recommended to me by some friends and thought wed give it a shot. We went in and I was very happy. We were greeted with smiles and it was a very open place. They did have private rooms in the back if they were needed and a computer for customers who didnt know exactly what they wanted. We told them what we wanted. I had a pretty definite image of what I wanted and showed the picture to Jason while Erin drew up something to match what my husband wanted (a mermaid). Her drawing was beautiful! Jason said he had the whole next day free and he could do our tats then. When we showed up the next day we decided to do mine first as it would take less time (we were getting the whole tat in one shot as we were on vacation and live 3 states away). Jason was really thorough and made sure the size and placement were right and let me check it in a mirror before he started. He confirmed colors before he used them in case I changed my mind and told me how it was coming along. They made sure we understood aftercare procedure and told us to call if we needed to. I loved it and even if I only get to go once a year I will never go anywhere else for a tattoo.

I went to Kaoz to get a tatto on my foot from Tim. It was a pretty big tattoo for my foot and it wrapped around my ankle bone so I really expected it to hurt. Well, to my surprise it didnt hurt at all and it looked great. Tim was quick and the experience was awesome, or so I thought. By the time the tatto healed and the scabs were gone it looked like it needed to be recolored. So, less than 6 months after I got the tattoo I went somewhere else to get it recolored. It hurt like hell!!! I told the artist that it didnt hurt that bad the first time I had it done. He told me that it was because when it was done the first time they didnt go deep enough which is why it didnt hurt as bad and why it needed to be recolored immediately. He also told me this is a trick that some artists use to get you to come back and pay for a recolor. I wont ever go there again.

I WILL NEVER GO HERE NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. I went in to get two simple pennies (my moms name was penny) I wanted one for the year she was born and the year she passed and I wanted them about the size of a half dollar. I walked in and it took them 15 mins to even acknowledge me. I told them what I wanted and the idiot that ignored me rudely replied with "well it will be 200 to 250$ PER PENNY!" and he turned around and continued his game on the computer. He acted as if I was some dumb kid that had no idea about tattoos (I already had 13 at the time) and made it clear that it was a stupid idea without even wanting to know the interesting idea behind it! I wouldnt even send my worst enemy there! NOT FRIENDLY, OVER PRICED for not that good of work anyways, and very cold uninviting environment!

Tattoo artist was Ron. And with 41 years of experience - my tattoo looks like it was his first ever. Not only did I have to prepay for crap work-I now will have to pay another artist to totally redo it. If you want your line work to look good-run another direction!!! I Went in with a pre drawn sketch of exactly what I wanted. Simple work actually - two words, two awareness ribbons and a semi colon. My stencil to go by was perfect...and the tattoo I received was anything but even fair. Worst line work I have ever seen. My 3 year old can pull a better line. Simply embarrassing.

Recently went in with my wife so she could get a tattoo. Got to the shop about 2hoirs before closing and found out that the artist had called in that night. The owner happened to be there but was not actually working that night. He talked to us for a few minutes, apologized and set an appointment to do her tattoo himself monday morning. We were extremely happy with the customer service and especially the artwork. Sam went way beyond what we were expecting and we will definitely be coming back for any future pieces!

On February 10th of this year 2016, I got a tattoo by some guy named Ron (who should be fired immediately). Well lets just say I paid $80 for the four names and truthfully it isnt worth even $20..the line work was absolutely horrible...owner said that he would fix the tattoo but did not due to the fact hes never in the shop. This place is horrible for tattoos and Ill never go here again for any type of tattoo. Now as for piercings they are good. Just dont get a tattoo here youll regret it.

Very rude and unprofessional employees here. We drove across town to have a piercing done here, only to have the only girl on staff to do piercings refuse to do a smiley because "theyre just weird" and shes wont do them. Come back tomorrow and see the other piercer is what she said!! NOPE! We will NEVER come back. Management may want to considering hiring a competent piercers in the future that doesnt run off customers because her CHOSEN PROFESSION weirds her out!

I hate this place! I would NOT recommend ANYONE EVER going for a tattoo!! I got my first tattoo there, my daughters name, and it is HORRIBLE!!! The guy had no idea how to shade it to the right depth and he has NO straight lines on the WHOLE tattoo. I now either have to pay someone to cover it or get them to redo it, since the tattoo artist moved from Pensacola. He was on the nice side though. Kinda and such, but HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE work!!!

My friend and I went in to get tongue piercings the shop was very clean and the staff was somewhat friendly but however the woman who pierced them caused both piercings to become infected my friends was not as bad as mine as I had to go to the hospital and because of how crooked the piercing was the swelling pinched a nerve in my tongue I also went to a family friend who used to train people how pierce and tat and he said she f****ed my s**t up

I have had nothing but good experiences at kaoz and I recommend them to anyone! Not only are the artists super talented (especially erin, at bayou, and jason, at w, who do all of mine) but everything is sterilized and the shop is always clean. Ive also had piercings done there by Ashleigh who knows what shes doing and is super fast. Definitely go check them out for yourself, you wont regret it!

Awful place to get tattooed. I do not recommend anyone to this place. Rude experience. They do not care about their customers. My friend got tattooed here and it looks awful. Its bruised real bad because of unprofessional work. If you tell them how bad it is instead of them wanting to help they get offended and act like its your problem when you trusted them with something permanent on your skin.
