This was by far one of the best experiences of mine and my husbands lives. Weve been waiting for years for just the right time to get our first tattoos together and look for the right place. We walked into All About Ink and felt right at home. Our motto is Go Big or Go Home so we knew it would be a big deal for our first and when we walked in and met Mitch, he knew EXACTLY how I wanted my first tattoo, even with my constant addition of details that I was looking for and he promised to make it better than I could have imagined. He did JUST that, I could not ask for a more perfect and beautifully done tattoo. He got me in on the same day we walked in and was incredibly accommodating with our children being there and with pain tolerance during the session!! My husband had Angie tattoo him and what an artist she is!! She did far above what we were imagining for his tattoo idea!! She checked on me during my tattoo and helped make us feel right at home. These people are truly artists and love to create art instead of just slap on a stencil. Would 100% recommend them, it is worth every penny to get it done RIGHT!! Thanks Mitch and Angie, y'all are the best! Oh and I should add, every single person we met there seemed to truly love their job, they were smiling and nice and accommodating. The studio was impeccably clean and they used sterile untensils right in front of us making us very reassured!!

Went in for a tattoo with a friend. Was told the tattoo artist would be done in about 45 minutes and that we could wait or go get a quick bite and be back within 45 mins. So we left and came back 30 mins later. Once we walked back in we were told Oh, well we had people here last night and they came back for more so now they are ahead of yall and we wont have time to do your tattoos now...then the guy turned around and walked off leaving us standing there at the counter. The girl there said oh yall can go down the street to Pensacola ink because they are just as good and we wouldnt recommend them if they werent. Needless to say it was sh!tty how we got booted and how they ever so nicely handled it and told us basically oh well weve replaced your tattoo appt now with these people. Just sucks. We wont be back there thats for sure and I will now tell others not to even bother with going there. Anyways, hopefully they can find a better way to handle situations because it was my friends and my night out and they made it a sh!tty night to say the least. They lost business not for just 1 night or tattoo but for many more.

I went in to the W street location to buy supplies for a tattoo that I was having done. Upon asking for a particular item I was given something that was not the correct match and told it was exactly what I was looking for. When I found out otherwise I took it back to find out that I could not get them refunded (which I can understand) so I asked if they could open one before I purchased it so I could make sure it was right and I wouldnt be wasting more money. I was told if I opened it I would have to buy it and that if it were wrong there still would be no refund. I spoke to the owner who told me that "yes it is the right one" but did nothing to make sure that if it werent I would not be left paying for it. If you arent going to provide refunds for items when you mess up and sell the wrong item (you should know the merchandise and let people know if its not exactly what they asked for) then you should have one of certain items (in this case the tubes) open so that the buyer can inspect it without having to shell out money each time you sell them the wrong thing.

upon entering the shop it was large and well laid out. there were no private booths for tattooing, only piercing. the people were very helpful at first, until i started speaking with one of the female artists, leah. it seemed she was unsure if she was capable of doing what i had in mind, a few moments later another artist came uyp to me and started talking bad behind her back saying she never went through an apprenticeship as well as some of the artists at their other shops, and if i didnt get tattooed by him, i shouldnt get tattooed there. it seemed more like high school than a tattoo shop. i say it was very unprofessional and upon leaving i was chased out the door by a small chiahuahua. i belive thats unsanitary and a violation with tattoo rules in a shop. ill NEVER go back there again, and will be sure to tell my friends to do the same

All About Ink definitely gets 10 stars from me!!! I got pierced multiple times at this shop by Bria! She was very polite and professional and made me feel very comfortable, even though I was in various stages of undress. Their manager, Sun, also pierced my tongue a few years back and made sure I was extremely educated on what to expect and what to watch out for!!! Thinking about a new tattoo soon, and this shop will definitely be where I go! They have many impressive portfolios to browse through and certainly very talented employees!!! If you want a relaxed atmosphere and sincere professionals, this is where you want to go!!!!! Ive tried Kaoz and Tit4Tat ... All About Ink definitely blows them out of the water!!!

I am a U.S. Marine and when I got to Pensacola I looked around for the best tattoo parlor after a friend recommended All About Ink. They are by far some of the best artists in town with very reasonable prices. Their staff is very friendly and informative. It is a very clean atmosphere and they uphold it with the highest standards. They have a pool table, air hockey table, two huge flat screen tvs with an X-Box, and vending machines so theres plenty to do while waiting. Its a very cool (and sanitary) atmosphere. I got my tattoo from Mike and he did an amazing job. So, especially to anyone in the service at NAS Pensacola, I would highly recommend checking out All About Ink for your next tattoo.

Awesome from beginning to end. I loved my experience from All About Ink. Being from out of town, I relied on Google reviews to give me feedback as to the quality of the establishment. From the moment I walked in, the tattoo artist was extremely professional. I was able to get a beautiful, well-designed tattoo exactly how I wanted it. My tattoo artist recommended the perfect location and angle of my tattoo and was able to get the shading of my tattoo perfect. I was extremely impressed with my experience and the quality of my tattoo. I firmly recommend this establishment for anyone that is looking for a high-quality tattoo in a professional environment. Thank you All About Ink!

My son and I decided to get a matching tattoo this weekend during our visit to see him in Pensacola, as he is in the Navy. Let me just say, S-1 at All About Ink did an absolutely awesome job. He listened to our specifications and turned around a great piece that I was able to go back to Texas and be proud of, and they matched! Although S1 prefers to do non-color, he still knows how to do it, and do it right. The rest of the folks there were fantastic and fun to sit and talk with. They even put up with, and enjoyed my two German Shepherds I had to keep outside while we got the work done. Even set up a fan for them to keep em cool. Thank you so much S1 and crew...
