After spending hundreds and hundred of dollars in repeated visits to another local computer company over the past couple of years, I found CPU Ocala and could not be happier with their service. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Doug made sure I understood every step of the way what my choices were and worked to make sure he was offering me what was best for me, not what was most convenient for him. For example, my graphics card had cooked itself but instead of just putting in a graphics card he had handy, he made sure he put in one that would fit my needs to the extent of even using the new card to run Second Life on my computer (my most graphic intensive application) so that he could be sure he was sending home to me a computer that would meet my needs. Each part of the repairs he made on my computer was handled with this same attention to detail and the prices were very reasonable. I am very pleased with my interactions with CPU Ocala from start to finish and would highly recommend them. Doreen Platt

Having a HP lap top that belong to my daughter and trying to fix it myself, my son told me to come CPU. I am so glad I did. I was amazed at the fact that the owner himself took the time to explain in detail as to what was really wrong and showed me on another computer board he was working on. He gave me a fair price and was honest enough to say he could not guarantee how long the fix would work but did say that others who have had this done have had it work up to a year and others only one month.My son has had his computer worked on as well and is happy with the results. His rates are LOTS lower then any one in Ocala that I know of and they have such a positive attitude every time I have gone in there. Ask a question they will answer it honestly. I have referred a few people that have computer problems and I dont refer my friends unless it is a reputable business. CPU You have my business as long as you stay in the business. : D Thank You!

I had a very good experience here. I am not from this area, so I was just calling around different places to get a new hard drive for my laptop and the first place I called said it would take four days to fix my laptop. I ended up calling Computer Clinic second, to get quotes and everything, and ended up using them. They fixed my computer within 1 hour, putting in a new hard drive and giving me a 5 year warranty, for a reasonable price (The same price the other computer place quoted me without a warranty and keeping my computer for 4 days). The staff was super friendly to me and did an excellent job with great customer service. They even offered to do work on my computer keyboard at no extra cost. They were super chill and did great work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

I had been dealing with a computer that did not work well, until I called cpu. I could actually afford them!! The other companies/people wanted a couple hundred they charged me 60. They went above and beyond and when it was found my computer was going to be more work than was first thought they did not charge me more. I now have sound, can print, and download. It also work so much faster. I was very very happy with them and they have won a customer. When I have computer needs this is were I will go and I will recommend them to others.

Most helpful computer shop in ocala, best experience in a computer store ever talking to these guys while are swapping components in and out of my computer. best thing is if you think somethin wont work well or a price is too high they wont lie to you to get you to buy. they will share their experience with you to help get best value and quality. Overall enjoyed my experience in this store.

Had a very GOOD experience here and will now NEVER go anywhere else. They are extremely reasonable and had my laptop back to me the very same day just as promised. It is very hard to find reasonable reliable computer repair shops in Ocala anymore I am so happy to have found them. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!
