I discovered Computer Trends several years ago as a result of facing some tough issues with my computer. Like most people who rely on computers heavily for work, I could not afford to be without it for long nor could I afford the exorbitant rates most major companies charge. Although I had never heard of them before, I decided to take a chance on them and I am so glad I did. I quickly discovered Jeffs mother to be pleasant and helpful and Jeff and Daniel to be the best Ive found overall when it comes to fixing my computer needs. In addition to quick repairs and reasonable rates, Jeff and Daniel have helped me out of many technical difficulties including recovering data from an extremely damaged external hard drive to helping me be delivered out of the hands of an internet scam which would have proven to be extremely costly. This went way beyond the call of duty, demonstrating a sincere concern for the customer. This family business understands professionalism, integrity, and great customer service. Give them a try - you will not be disappointed. I will not go anywhere else now.

I first discovered Computer Trends in 1997 when I was in the market for my first computer. After shopping at several different places including a couple of the big box stores I spoke with Jeff at Computer Trends. Jeff told me that he could sell me a computer like I had considered at the other places at a very competitive price. I bought my computer from Jeff and have been totally thrilled. Since that time I have bought a all of my computers from Jeff, plus, have recommended Jeff to anyone in the market for a computer or repair. The service that Jeff and the staff at computer trends is excellent. Any time I had problems my computer, it was repaired on time and at the price quoted. No mater if you are in the market for a new computer, an entire computer network or in need of repair, Jeff and the staff at Computer Trends will deliver!!!

I took our broken Dell to Computer Trends. Jeff Easler and the staff fixed it and it works great. The communication was excellent. Jeff called me twice to ask questions and give me an update. One issue was a broken fan that I found on a diagnostic test that Dell walked me through. Jeff said he could probably clean it and getting it working again without having to replace it. He was right. All of the communication was timely and the work was done quickly. The pricing was very reasonable. I will take my future computer repairs to Computer Trends. They were a PLEASURE to work with.

Great work. Got us back in business in one day. One of our business computers wouldnt even start and Computer Trends not only fixed it but it runs as fast as it did new. They installed anti-virus wear and gave us great advise on how to back-up our computers using these new solid-state hard drives. Great work, great advise all for a very reasonable price.

I had a cooling fan going bad, resulting in a BLUE screen. Nothing worked on my PC anymore. Brought my PC here for repair. The diagnosis and repair was done professionally and in a timely manner. All the software was installed after the repair. Im happy with the service received and will definitely recommend this business to my friends.
