If you need computer repairs, look no further! This is the place to go and you can feel comfortable that they will listen to you and your problems with the pc. I really dont impress easily but ... the service here is very quick and very reasonable. The other day HP had me on the phone for over an hour and a half after grabbing $60 out of my pocket. They did absolutely nothing but pass me from one tech (bad title for them because they did nothing) to another (total of 5). Had to call Discover to get my money back! I spent less than 15 minutes, face to face with Rich between drop off and pick up. I was called the next day (today), given my estimate, and called back later to come pick up the repaired computer! Outstanding and Impressive ...

Took in my aging Toshiba (that I LOVE) and he was able to save it for me! New charging port, tightened up some loose bolts, gave me tips on keeping this machine going for a bit longer, and sent me on my way. Quite happy with pricing, and love the personable service. highly recommend

Laptop screen broke, he charged me $50 less than anywhere else. Worked till past his close time to get me my laptop back the day the screen got there. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
