I couldnt be happier with the services I received at CPR Cell Phone Repair- Greenville (Woodruff Rd location) Buckle up, long story but want to share my amazing experience so it may help others decide to use this business if needed. My husband lost his phone, was later found and returned but with water damage. My cell phone carrier was of very little help and quickly told me I would need to file a claim (pay a $100 deductible) order a replacement, which if same model not in stock, I would need to upgrade, costing me more money out of my pocket. We didnt have photos backed up or sd card (lesson learned!) and because phone was all touch screen, we could not get pictures off damaged phone before sending back. After 3 frustrating visits to different store locations of my cell phone carrier, they all said the same thing, "We cant help you." Enter CPR Cell Phone Repair- Greenville. I met with Steven who assured me that he could help and we went thru all options to recover my treasured photos and contacts. He was super friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable, things I expect in a business dealing with customers. Within about an hour, he had transferred all my pictures and contacts over from damanged phone to my replacement phone. I would recommend this business over and over from now on and so thankful! Im going to start this by simply saying NOW I finally understand why APPLES LINES ARE SO LONG!!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would! This company is a complete scam. If you have a broken iPhone screen DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT take your phone to these manipulative con artists! I soon learned after they robbed me of my 140$ for a phone screen that stopped working 10 hours after them them fixing it. I was rejected and left the store after They were refusing to fix what they broke! I was left with nothing to do but to take my phone to apple, where they fix your screen for the SAME EXACT PRICE USING CERTIFIED APPLE PRODUCTS WITH A 90 day warranty! No matter what the circumstances! The owner is down right rude, and I will promise you, you are getting ripped off. when they fix your stuff.. its generic and over priced! They apparently dont value their customers or they would DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to make what they did to me and my family correct!!! moral of the story, they installed a defective screen on my phone. I couldnt do anything with it after the fact. All apple did was replace the screen with THEIR APPLE product and here I am writing this very important knowledgeable review! This is my first review on the internet. I dropped my iPad Air 2 off my night stand and it put a crack in the scree. The newer iPads have the touch screen infused with the glass now, so its not a simple repair and that part needed to be ordered. I knew that it would not be cheap to fix it. I took my iPad to another company who sent it off for 4 days and informed me they could not fix it. I then found CPR on the internet and was there waiting when they opened the next day. I dropped my iPad off and I received a call a few days later saying that the part they ordered came in not functioning properly. I asked how long it would be and the employee told me another week. Long story short, that employee called around to other stores in the area and was able to find the part needed. I was very pleased that they showed initiative by finding that part when they could have just waited for a new one. The unavoidable repair cost was easier to swallow with this kind of service. A+++

Not impressed at all. I purchased a Living Social because I had no idea where to go. I tried calling the store to find out how long it would take for the repair. No one answered the phone at all and I let it ring for over 2 minutes. I decided to just stop in. I was asked if I had a paper print out of the coupon, which I didnt because Living Social says its perfectly acceptable to show on your phone. Reluctantly the guy behind the counter let me print out the coupon. They took my phone back and returned less than 2 minutes later, so I have no complaint with the amount of time it took. However, when the phone was returned to me, I noticed the back was missing the apple logo. They didnt use an OEM part. Now Im unable to trade my phone in for full value because of this. I would highly recommend being very careful about using this place. If you are ok with aftermarket parts then you shouldnt have a problem, but my expectation was for better.

I have an iPhone 5s, and after cracking the screen badly in April I decided to go to CPR to get it fixed since their quote is much cheaper than Apples and they offer a warranty. I took the phone in two days ago and was able to pick it up within an hour and a half, no problem. Later in the day, I started noticing that the touch screen was malfunctioning, not responding where I touched it or registering a touch where none had taken place. It wasnt happening constantly, but enough that made it difficult and irritating to use the phone. I took the phone back yesterday near closing time, and was told it would be fixed for free since this was covered under the warranty. I picked up the phone today, and while it seemed fine at the time, later in the day I noticed the problem had started again, and is actually worse than before. Not sure I will be returning to CPR, will be researching other options and places to get this fixed.

I dropped my iPhone 6 Plus over the weekend and didnt realize until later that I warped my phones frame. I didnt damage the glass or hurt the overall function of the phone, but wanted it fixed. I called and spoke with Jonah that morning and he assured me they could fix it no problem. When I asked him a rough quote he told me not to worry about it. I took my phone by the store and he us it back to perfect condition by the time I left. I had more tempered glass protectors at home but I know these guys get credit for repairs and sales and I wasnt going to let someones kindness go without at least buying something. Come to find out, after buying a tempered glass protector from CPR he told me that if I broke it I can take it to any store for a free replacement. To me that is worth it to have the piece of mind. These guys were awesome and I will definitely be doing all of my business with them!

These guys are the best! My Galaxy screen broke and I couldnt see anything at all on it, and I was super worried about losing all my contacts and photos. They offered to put a new digitizer on it for a little bit and let me sort it out, but in the end they taught me a neat trick to just transfer everything to my new phone. I got all my information and pictures saved and set up on the new phone and at the end of it all they were just like: Have a great day man, take it easy. And I was like: How much do I owe you? And they were like: Naw man, its all good. Dont worry about, were not going to charge you anything for that. Anyways, to make a long story short, theyve forever earned my business. Hopefully I wont need to get a phone fixed but if I do I will 100% of the time go see these guys. Shout out to the guys that helped me Nate and DJ
