Gary in Sarasota. I am so happy with the service I received from this business! I had them out because my computer took for ever to come up. They determined that the hard-drive was bad - like 46 sectors our of several thousand were bad. The first employee at my house has been there previously, and he is extremely skilled. They took my computer in the shop and with in a couple of days the new hard-drive was installed, and they made a clone off my old defective hard-drive so I lost nothing! When they returned the computer they made sure everything was up and running, and they even did a few extra things for me that I didnt understand how to accomplish. Then with in two days the new hard-drive went out - not their fault, it was just a rare defective hard-drive from the manufacture. They replaced the bad hard-drive with in a couple of days and once again nothing was lost on my computer. Just a note, I do have Carbonite (off premise) back-up service which is a good idea. The owner took over when the second hard-drive went out and he made absolutely sure everything was handled professionaly. I was not charged an extra dime for the second defective hard-drive and the company took the shop time as a loss. This company charges fairly for their services, and as far as I can determine their employees all know what they are doing. Thanks Shawn for the excellent service and the prompt attention to my needs. I just dont understand the negative reviews below? This is a good company!

Never have left a Google Review or held a Gmail address but: I thought this experience permitted it. Walking in to We Fix Computers, I was skeptical because my experience with Commercial Computer repair companies was limited at best and horrible to boot. Not here, Ryan was amazing; easily one of the most knowledgably proficient Computer Repair Technicians I have ever dealt with. Needing help with an upgrade for my laptop; Ryan suggested the most appropriate course of action. (switching to a Solid State HDD and Cleaning out Windows.) The way he spoke to me, I felt like family. I did not end up using their services but I knew this permitted a Google review. Completely professional from top to bottom and knew what they were talking about, I forgot to mention to him that I held a degree in Software Engineering; to test this I maintained a Dialogue with him that was straightforward and to the point. Could not have asked for better service and I will be sending every single one of my business clients their way. Way to go We Fix, keep employing the cream of the crop.

I have had two great experineces over the last couple of weeks. First I took my wifes older HP desktop to have it checked for viruses and slow operation. While I was prepared to probaly replace it, I was pleased with the option they provided me. Because we do very little to no video or streaming it was worthwhile to have it repaired for a resonable amount. They where able to increase the operating RAM, clean up my hard drive and install a free more efficient virus program. This was under $150 to get my wife back in cyber space and certainly more econocmical than a new computer. They where a pleaseure to deal with and my computer was fixed the same day. I also, referred a friend that had a major crash on his computer and was prepared for a major expense and shopping for new computers. He took his computer to the Bradenton location and was pleasantly surprised that all his information was saved and his computer was also fixed at a very resonable price and time frame. They have been a pleasure to deal with and I highy recommend them to anyone! Tony

Recently I ordered new parts for my PC including a new case, which meant transferring all my parts from my old PC to a new one. I originally hired a different group to help me and they took 2 weeks to do what should have been a one day job. The work was unfinished and I set off to We Fix Computers, when there I was treated respectfully and given great estimates on how long finishing my PC would take. The work was incredibly well done, as they even placed the wiring behind the frame which was not done. What did fixing my computer cost me? $46 for their incredible service! This is where Ill call first for any further computer related upgrades or problems.

i make my Mac to repair , they told I need to replace hard drive, I pay $258 for repair. After I pick it up day later it start giving noise, I take it back they told , I need a new fan and new charge . I looks like they dont know how to put it together. I decide take to take it to Apple store, They check it and told I need replace fan and hard drive and total cost will be half price, then I pay "we fixed..." , they replace fan , but dont do hard drive, because they see it some one else. I took it back again...after I pick it up when I turn it on , it didnt work, I took it back they say it will be $89 again, it never work , they didnt know how do MAC.

What can I say, except that I had a wonderful experience. My instructor, Diane, has the patience to drill into my computer illiterate head how to use various programs that I now have to use and didnt have a clue what to do. She certainly went above and beyond. My laptop needed some tweaks, and, Jason and his team had my laptop ready to go in less than a day. Cant ask for more than that. Everyone at We Fix Computers is very knowledgeable when it comes to computers and will work with you to insure that what you want to have fixed is and that you are one happy customer when you walk out the front door with your computer.

That dreaded moment happened. my 6 year old business computer started getting flaky and started hanging up in odd spots. Fortunately, I knew Allison and Jason over at WeFixComputers. In one call they had a replacement computer ready to go and they were able to set it up with all the software and licenses I had on my old computer. The next day, it was like it never happened! I was back up and running with all my software only on a much more powerful machine - all at a price I never would have believed possible. They know what they are doing and understand what customer respect means.

OK----so, my computer was in a serious, never work again, probably lost 6 years of important personal and work files, pics, music-----you name it, my world was on there. I took it to We Fix Computers and in 1 day-----EVERYTHING was found, transferred to a portable drive----and life was back to normal.....Thanks a MILLION Denise Holland and your guy, Ryan I believe was his name-----you saved my life! I would over-zealously refer any and every human I know to bring their computers to you when they have issues-----thanks for everything!
