Although I have used computers for many years, this was the first time I visited a computer repair shop to have diagnostics and repair work done. I did some research and found Empire Computer Services to have excellent reviews. I now know WHY!! Michael, the technician who worked on my computer, did a fantastic job. He had all of the attributes one would hope for in a computer specialist. He was a good listener, a great communicator, a highly trained professional and all at what I considered to be----- a very fair price. It was clear from the beginning that Michael wanted nothing less than a completely satisfied customer. He made a believer in me! I would never consider going elsewhere for any future computer issues. I highly recommend Empire Computer Services!!! They keep your costs down and expectations high.

I do the IT and web updates work for Yellowfin. I am not an IT guy by any stretch but I do know enough to know when to call in the professionals. I have used Empire on several occasions. More than once I have gone in with the idea of what I need to purchase and every time they have offered me a better CHEAPER solution than what I had in mind. When we lost the stockroom computer with our entire Stockroom db on it they built me a new computer with server grade components came to the shop installed all the software got all of my client machines connected. Empire Computers is knowledgeable, reliable and honest. These are the things I look for when I am dealing with any company.

I have been working with Empire now for a number of years. When I changed employers, my new office was not set up efficiently regarding IT. I called Empire and they came and did a complete revamp of our internal setup. They have also created custom programming to supplement some of the shortcomings of our outside software.
