I dropped by to get quick copies of my wedding renewal program on red paper on Feb 10th. The guy in the copy shop (sorry, cant remember his name -- lost my receipt) behind the counter made my experience pleasant and efficient. Thanks for a job well done. I meant to post this at the customer review area, but I dont have my receipt any more. Please acknowledge this copy team -- they have been helpful to me over the years more than once. Really pleasant.

The store had me on hold for over 10 minutes and all I wanted to ask was how much colored copies were. So I hung up. End result? I went elsewhere, where people actually get on the phone. Staples will be going out of business soon, for sure. Dont waste your time at this place. Go to a locally owned printer, instead.

Would not answer the phone in the tech department. Tried to call the main cashier to ask and they transferred me to the tech department without even giving me a chance to tell them that the jerk in the tech department wouldnt pick up the phone. Horrible service. Learn how to answer the phone you idiots.

Every time, they have less and less, this time no blank CDs at all, the smallest number of DVDs you can buy is 20 whereas they used to carry packs of 10. No more "print-to-the-edge" business cards. Taking my cash someplace else.

The copy center gave me a card to call for checking on my order and the number was disconnected and no one would answer the number shown in Google!

Clerk not helpful and the merchandise they sold was to expensive. I had to look all over the store for a clerk. I dont think Ill come here again.

Very poor. I went in and stood there waiting for help for over 30 minutes. I even asked the manager for help and they done nothing to help.

Terrible and slow service at the copy center. That was not easy. Worth it to drive 30 minutes to the office max instead.
