I am going to do more than recommend this store. I am going to promote its owner and the store along with it. I mean, I took the time to write a review~ So they would HAVE to be nothing less than spectacular. I could care less about google and more about my friends, clients, and family to feel safe and secure. I actually feel like I would go as far as to say, that I would love to endorse this store for a lack of a better word. Brian was amazing, my wife has never had some one be so HONEST or Considerate, never mind kid to boot. We just may make this our "Familys Local Store". My wife just corrected me. My bad, apparently there is a 2nd location as well? Lets just say I plan on coming back to see Brian and the group many more times or dare I say moreover. What with our kind of luck. This would normally depress me but with the service we received and the trust we have now come to find. I am now confident in saying, "Eh I am not so worried about it, may hap even looking forward to it! (Just not any cost, while they were the most affordable for quality, might I add that we could find). Plus they had a life time warranty or guarantee! Being in the Insurance business my self I have come to learn a new appreciation for this kind of quality or repair work paired with customer service and I would call it a "GREAT SUCCESS" (In Borat voice/Tone). See you soon and thank you again Brian. All the best and by the way, it look amazing and even feels amazing too! You would never even know. Ill leave you all with that, (my 2 cents) my fellow worry warts. Sincerely, a super satisfied and pleasantry surprised customer who hates spending any money at all. Thank you from my family to yours.

I was informed that I needed a battery and got back a phone that will not make or receive calls or texts. My husband took it back the following day and it "worked" in the store, brought it back home again it did not work. I took it back the following day and the manager was rude and told me that they did what I paid them to do. I informed them that my phone doesnt work. The manager became very abrasive and said that they did what I asked them to do. I told him that his associate informed me, that it needed a battery. I relied on their knowledge that they knew what they were doing. I wound up taking my phone to another repair shop, only to be informed that my motherboard was cracked while they replaced my back glass panel. They including the store on Woodruff Rd CPR refuse to take any responsibility. Never again will I or suggest to anyone to go there. If I could give them zero stars I would because that is truly what they deserve.

Once again, CPR to the rescue! I needed my husbands phone that had water damage to the screen to be factory reset so I could send back to avoid charges from my phone carrier. My phone carrier was not much help and just wanted to upsell me (their job, I know) I visited the Woodruff Road location earlier in the month and they were able to transfer all his contacts and pictures over to replacement phone, luckily! I took old phone to Haywood Road location today and Brian G. was super helpful an "MacGyverd" his way into the factory reset! He was knowledgeable, patient and did exactly what I needed in less than 20 minutes. I even came in right at closing time and he didnt rush me or seem irritated that he had to help me, either. Thank you, Brian, and thanks to CPR, I can send phone back with a piece of mind that my personal data is off the phone. Will be referring everyone I know to go to CPR if they need repairs on their devices!

I called around to several cell repair stores before ultimately bringing my cracked brand new Galaxy S8 here. Brian G. was extremely knowledgeable, very polite, respectful, listened very carefully and was super helpful. Not only did he stay late to make sure he answered all of my questions, he even gave me his personal email so I could keep in contact with him to ensure I was comfortable and my phone was in the right hands. They are the cheapest in town that provides the best customer service and the fastest quality work anyone could ask for. The turn around time on ordering the parts needed for my phone were extremely fast, Plus a lifetime warranty!! I would absolutely recommend this location, Brian G., and his 2nd location in Taylors, SC to everyone I know. I plan to visit again if I ever have to encounter another broken device of mine again. Two humbs up, thank you Brian G., Thank you CPR! You guys rock!!

My cell phone screen was shattered and several friends recommended that I bring my phone to CPR. I called around to several different places, but CPR had the best prices. When I got there the associate was very polite and attentive and let me know exactly when to expect my phone repair to be complete. I came back and it was ready to go, no surprise costs, no wait, no fuss. UPDATE 5/24/17: I noticed the top right corner of my screen was coming up a bit. I called the store and they told me to bring it in anytime no appointment needed. Due to the lifetime warranty the tech repaired the defect and replaced the tempered glass screen protector as well. I was in and out in 15 minutes, and that was with me waiting on another customer to finish up. Very happy with this service and will definitely go back for all future repair needs.

I needed a Samsung Note 5 battery replacement after my futile attempt at trying to remove the back to do it myself. In the process I cracked the back of the phone, so I wasnt sure if I would also have to purchase a new back for the phone. I took my phone to CPR during lunch, and though it would be ready that day, I had to wait to return the next day to pick it up. The technician was able to use my same back frame, saving me an extra $25 for a replacement, and replaced the battery. It works well, and Im very pleased with their work. I highly recommend their service, and I will certainly use them again for any future problems.

From what I gather the owner is very involved with his stores. Apparently he owns several of them across the upstate. I had some issues with some faulty equipment. Nothing CPR did. However, in the end it did take three trips to get it straightened out. None the less Brian, the manager at this location, took the initiative and and completed the follow through to resolve the issue that he didnt even cause. So hats off to Brian. Thanks for getting it done right. As well, a thank you to the ownership. The over sight in my opinion shows a level of professionalism and follow through that gets the whole team 5 stars for sure.

I have a Qualcomm One+ cell phone so I can run dual SIM cards. A bad car charger fried the electrical input port. I thought for certain I was going to have to buy a new phone. A friend recommended CPR at Haywood. I didnt have much hope, but have it a shot. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the bad component part and soldered the new part into the board. To my very great surprise, it works. They saved me $350 from having to buy a new phone. They have since replaced a broken iPad screen on another device. Very knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. Very quick.
