The service was outstanding. Timothy solved our unexpected window 10 problem that crippled our black screen PC. In less than one hour he charged a minimum price for the work that was estimated at double by someone else. Tim is a skilled tech who explained the cause, solution and how to avoid a reoccurrence. Highly recommended, reliable computer service. It is a small business, and the owner Timothy is definitely a good expert. Our office had a few orders with him, mostly dealing with hardware replacements, hard drive, video card, etc., as well as general diagnostics and tune up.
