We called in for onsite service. Gary responded quickly and provided efficient onsite support within 40 minutes. During the support session, we asked him to use videoconferencing to walk him through the required tasks. He insisted on being reimbursed for data usage. We calculated the data usage to be less than $10. The facetime session was not more than 30 minutes. 30 minutes x 3MB/minute = 90 MB of usage. Most carriers charge about $10 for 1 GB of data overage We had a disagreement about this. When I reviewed my credit card, I realized that we had been charged for 2 hours instead of one hour. I called Gary back to review the extra charge. He became extremely defensive and insisted that I had approved a second charge when I had not. He called me "crazy" and would not listen to me. Its a shame that Gary did not honor his original price of $100/hour and was so disrespectful to me. We could have given him much more business. I will be disputing the second $100 charge with our credit card company.

Great place to custom build a system, Gary is very easy to talk to and do business with, very knowledgeable and accommodating to what I was looking for in system components and price, had in stock a like-new system already built to my own specs and also had the XP O/S I wanted! The entire package was competitively priced and I could inspect every part and use the system in advance, and a few weeks out all is working well! Gary continues to be my go-to guy for my computer needs. Repair work is fair, dedicated and honest and can order parts and also recovered files from an old hard drive at decent prices! Will give you good advice and not push anything on you, very interested in a great customer experience, a very friendly place to do business!

I brought my custom PC build to computer renaissance. It was my first build and rather than messing things up I wanted someone to go over it and fix any mistakes I may have made. Gary was great and very helpful. He kept me up to date the whole time they had it and it did not take long at all. Gary also saved me a lot of pain because the version of windows I was going to install would actually limit the amount of RAM I had available by a considerable amount. If not for him I would be limited to 9Gb instead of the 64 I have (I know its overkill..). I will definitely go here for any computer issues I have from now on, and would recommend their services to anyone who needs help with their computer. Thanks!

Went there today to get a part for my macbook. The guy working there (indian man) was rude. He made me figure out which parts I needed, once i took that time to do it he then said no Im not selling you anything. I tried and tried and he refused to sell me this part. He had 6 people waiting on him and he was trying to help everyone at the same time. I also over heard his pricing for broken screen repair and its way more than people around here. I was hoping this would be my new spot but I guess I will do my shopping online.

Best place in all of Central Florida to get you PC fixed ! I have been coming here for several years now. I have 7 PCs in my household and evn though I work in IT professionaly - I am not a" PC person" by trade. I can do some things but with kids and all we get our fair sahe of viruss, and the occational hard drive failue amonsht other broken items. Careful, quick and kind. These people are easy to do business with, they are fast and very reliable! Go see them!!! Thanks for everything ! .

Horrible. Took my phone screen to be replaced and took hours to be done. a couple hours later the screen popped out. took it back. they claimed they fixed it and the same problem occured. even worse the screen wouldnt let me touch. i went back but owner was not there. had to take it to another place and pay more money to fix the screen they couldnt do. was even told from other screen repairs that the screen was horrible quality. waste of money. Never going back.

After ordering a processor through this company to replace a bricked chip in our machine, they: 1) Lied about the part they were ordering 2) Attempted to upsell us a product that was incompatible 3) Lied about the compatability of the part that arrived (which was not the part we ordered) Even if they refund our money, we have been without the use of a computer for five days, and will be without the use of a computer for at least two more. AVOID THIS BUSINESS

The service has always been fast, accurate and friendly. The prices are good too. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs a good refurbished computer, or who needs their computer repaired. I got frustrated waiting forever at Kinkos to get some help with the scanner. Gary, at Computer Renaissance scanned my documents, converted them to PDF, and even emailed them for me. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

edit: at first when I called, I was in a rush and felt like the representative I was speaking with was pushing me off and I was standoffish. He called me back apologizing for any confusion and went above and beyond to help me find the cable I needed. we were able to meet in the middle and he was extremely helpful and courteous! I have dealt with this business several times over the last 6 to 7 years and have ALWAYS had a great experience. Fairly priced, pretty decent turn around time. No complaints what so ever. I have recommended several friends to them and have NEVER gotten ANY negative feedback. Their service is fair, fast,and reliable. What more do you want or could ask for?

Went in there with a hardware issue, and he sat there with me to get it fixed. He didnt make me come back a week later, or even a day. He worked on it the moment I walked in the store, and had the computer working again within half an hour. He even threw in a free cleaning! Ill definitely be going there the next time I have computer issues.

Rip OFF!!!!!! they are selling computers that u can get in the retail store for the same price the difference in the 2 ..... this place sells u an old computer with old windows software .... the retail store sells u the new computer all up to date with all up to date software hmmmmm .... this isnt poor- fair ... this is VERY POOR!!!!!!

This place is fantastic, fair, honest and affordable. The customer service was fantastic. I left my phone to have it repaired, going through a divorce is needed information. I went out of town for a while, they tried to contact me several times. I came in today, they had it and it works! Thanks Computer Renaissance!
