Had a product issue purchased from this store called assurion aftermarket warranty purchased at this store. Was instructed to return to this store to speak to a manager by walmart. Gloria the assistant manager was rude, raised her voice and said well what do you want ME to do. I said one of two things would be acceptible you to exchange my product or a refund For the product purchased from your store. She said well you have one of two options you can take your product and leave or i will call the police and they will make you leave. I did nothing wrong.. I went through the proper channels to correct this was instructed to go to the store and was threatened with the police. Gloria also told me, when i asked, that walmart corporate was closed ( at 6 pm est) which was untrue. I called and spoke to a live operator at walmart customer relations in the store at the return desk With her hovering over me. They (walmart corporate )advised me they will call the store and speak to her, which they did, they would escalate this issue to the proper people and assured me the store manager would call me when he was in tomorrow first thing in the morning. I am the consumer. Not once did i raise my voice, as she did, nor ask for anything out of context. I did not threaten, damage, or wrongfully take from this establishment. I chose to do business with the establishment, was instructed to return so that the company i purchased the product from could stand behind it, and was threatened to have the police called on me. If nothing else I hope that someone from walmart corporate reads this and realizes that someone they employ is damaging their brand image.

I used their online pickup shopping service, and it was great!!! My only negative comment that I can make about this place, is that their nail salon doesnt have up-to-date pricing on their lists. For example, I went in to get a gel full acrylic set done. And on their price list, it said that it would cost $25. I didnt have anything special done, like gems or designs done on my nails. All I had done was a full set with gel polish on them. And then they turn around and say that I owe them $35!!! I point at the sign, which clearly says that its only $25. I ended up paying $25, and of course left a tip to the person who did my nails. I made sure that I put the tip in her hands, because I didnt want the store to take out my anger on her. And, I told them that if they wanted to call the cops, I would happily wait for them to show up. They didnt, which in my opinion shows that they knew that they were in the wrong. And, what really upsets me about this whole thing, is that Ive been a customer of theirs for over 6 years!!! And they still had the gall to try to scam me!!! Its not that hard to change their price sign. All they need is a black magic marker, cross out the old price, and write in the new updated one!!!! It takes 30 seconds, TOPS, and it wouldnt have been a problem!!!!

Almost EVERYONE treats Cartpushers (what an insulting name) and maintenance like crap at this store. If youre reading this, you or someone you think is a good person does, too. Employees put items like milk and cheese back on the shelf after theyve been put in other places by customers and left there for who knows how long. The customers leave nasty stuff all over the place for some poor schmuck to clean up. WHY do you put those wipes in the carts when theres a trash can five footsteps away, you tool? This place is really good at faking quality, though. So I gave them an extra star for that. As for those who complain about customer service because they asked for a little extra help that they didnt need, you people add up. Youre making these associates miserable. You know theyre understaffed (on purpose) but you bother them anyway. Justify it however youd like, youre a jerk. Walmart is just looking for more protesting with the way they run things (especially the new improvements theyve bestowed upon their employees). I could go on but Id be here all day. FYI, Ive never worked for Walmart but I used to shop at this store almost every day and talk with some associates- most of whom hate their lives and each other but smile anyway.

Normally I dont have a problem at Walmart but my last trip to this one on Sunday, March 12th was ridiculous. I was in the wet dog food aisle trying to get a 12 pack of wet dog food from the very top shelf as was no more of this particular product on the lower shelves. I waited 5 minutes for a Walmart Rep to walk by the aisle to get assistance but when that didnt happen I walked over to the Site to Store pickup location at the end of the aisle. The rep working that department was somewhat busy assisting a customer over the phone so I asked them to call another Walmart rep over to my aisle so I could get the item I needed. After 10 to 15 minutes of waiting no one ever came by to assist me, so i pulled out my cell phone and called the store (from within the aisle) to see if someone could be called over the intercom for assistance. The lady that answered the phone, announced my need for assistance in the wet dog food aisle, 3 friggin times over the next 10 to 15 minutes and no one still came over to assist me. I had to go back to the Site to Store Pickup area and wait for that rep to grab a ladder so they could get the item I needed. What a let down. If Walmart doesnt want my money they could have found an easier way to show it.

You would think Walmart, a multi-billion dollar company, would invest in store equipment, such as a battery back-up or a generator, so the registers dont crash when the lights flicker for a few seconds. This occurred at today at 2:00PM EDT with no thunderstorms in sight. Each time the registers would attempt to come up, the lights would flicker again, causing the systems to restart. After 15 minutes of this, I abandoned cart and walked out. Other customers followed me. They lost out on at least $100 worth of sales from me, but thats OK, I can get those items at Publix and Target - theyre right across the highway. This store always has long checkout lines on Saturday afternoons, and this new (albeit unexpected) problem only exacerbated that issue. Ill definitely think twice about shopping there again, especially with the Florida thunderstorm and hurricane season coming up soon.

I called the pickup desk, customer service and electronics back to back to back for 3 hours straight between 8am and 11am and no one answered the phone. Needless to say im really fkn pissed at them right now. I couldnt get ahold of anyone until i finally said the hell with it and went up there. All i was trying to do was see if an order i placed online was there yet... when i got there there were people at the above mentioned departments, and the phones were STILL ringing off the hook. Nobody would answer the phones in pickupa, customer service or electronics. Needless to say, unless someone calls me and offers me a gift card or something for the horrible customer service i encountered, its Target for me from now on. Id rather spend a little more and have good customer service, than waste half my damn day trying to speak with someone.
