Went there a few weeks ago to start a new account. We got a good deal on two LG G3s and 20gbs a month in data. The representative was helpful and patient with us as we had to transfer our numbers from another carrier. Unfortunately the area we moved to we had almost no coverage with Sprint, to a point where we had to walk outside a reasonable distance in order to obtain 1 bar of 3g and calls were spotty within the apartment. We live near the Howard Franklin bridge so its somewhat understandable as thats a bit "outside" the general city area. I picked up the phones on Friday the 3rd. Sprint has a 14 day guarantee where you can return the phones and cancel the account at no charge other than the activation fee. I called on Thursday the 16th to confirm that Id still be able to return the phones on Friday the 17th of October and I was told over the phone that that would be my 14th day and it would be perfectly fine. Unfortunately when I arrived on Friday I was told that it was my 15th day and they were unable to take back the devices. The primary reason Im writing this review is because of the professionalism that the manager Will (spelled incorrectly, his name is spelled different) expressed in resolving the issue. He talked to the upper levels of corporate and mentioned that normally this is asking too much and would not be possible, but because of the mixup that the representative gave me on Thursday that hed do the best he could. He took a vacation early this week but still took the time to call me while on vacation to let me know that corporate got back to him and said Id be able to return the devices and cancel the account at no additional charge. Thanks for your help Will. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for services with Sprint. Id also like to add that the manager answered his phone every time I called even while on vacation. He said that as the manager of that store he doesnt want anyone coming into the store, future, past or present customer and leaving unhappy, and that shows a true demonstration of good character as a store manager.

Most of the people working there are friendly and helpful. The technician that I was helped by (Hillary) was really nice and she was able to resolve the issues with my iPhone. However, one of the managers that I had the fortune of speaking to (Jessica or Jess) was really stubborn and did not know how to treat her costumers. I would tell her the problems I had with my phone and instead of actually helping me, she would just tell me that there was nothing wrong with my phone like she was the one who was using it, not me. She was basically calling me a liar. I was really happy with the employees at this store, but not so much with their manager.

Switched to sprint to save money and their associate "forgot" to mention several things - we are being charged for our new phones for the first month or until their system changes it even though we were not suppose to pay anything for our new phones! We traded our old phones in to get new ones but we are disappointed with their service and quality of reception anywhere so in order to get our old phones back and leave sprint we have to give our current phones back and wait about a week or longer without any phones! Ridiculous! Would not recommend this place! It took us 3 trips to the store until we finally received the information needed!

I have a Moto X and I was messing around with the accessibility settings and really screwed up my phone to the point that it was unusable. So I called Sprint national tech support and talked to 2 tech reps and they tried but couldnt help over the phone. They recommended I take it to my local Sprint store that does repair and recommended I go to the Tyrone store because it is a Sprint corporate site. But, instead I went to the Sprint Maycon store at US 19 in Pinelllas Park where I bought the phone, and much closer to home, and they were very helpful and courteous. Took 10 minutes max, phone fixed, Im happy, highly recommend.

Was told by employees here that Id be able to activate a used Sprint phone I received as a gift, so I bought a case. After they had me drive over to the corporate store on Tyrone because they said they were actually the only ones that could do it (they couldnt), the manager, Jessica, wouldnt allow a refund for the case I had paid for 20 minutes earlier. Ridiculous!

the worst sprint store ever i was lied to and taken advantage of a young girl by the name of megan L was my salesman and she did nothing to help me she is the reason i dont have sprint any more that place is the biggest joke ever..all she did was brag about how many sales she had the whole time i was there!!! i will never visit this store again

My partner and I both went I to upgrade our phones. Both Cheyenne and Sierra went above and beyond all customer service expectations. They spent so much time to ensuring our understanding of the devices, and was so friendly and helpful. Will never go to another Sprint store!

Finally decided to drop AT&T.. They helped me with the whole process, which I thought would be difficult and overwhelming. They made it simple and transfered all my data over for me. They also hooked me up with a discount for being an Uber driver.
