Buyers Beware! I went in to this shop with my wife to buy a Vaporizer. They talked me out of buying the one I came in for that was $75 that I was familiar with and happy with as we had one like it previously. And the price was already much higher than what that same unit was selling for online. But the girl there pressured me into buying one for $175 with the assurance that if I did not like it I could bring it back within 30 days for a FULL refund. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. She was so friendly I believed her. Without that promise we certainly would not have bought it. Period. Needless to say the one they sold me did not work properly at all. The battery would not hold a charge for more than a few minutes after we used it for a couple of days. So my wife and I brought is back in. I told her that we were unhappy with the product and would either like to return it for a refund as promised, or maybe trade it for something that works, like the one we wanted to begin with. All she said was a curt reply of "It is used". Shocked by her response, I said that she was correct but had promised we could bring it back. So she said even more rudely "Its used I said". So I asked her bluntly "Are you going to take it back and refund us as you promised?" She said "No, we are not". I told her that meant she had lied to me. Then she said "You are a jerk, get out of my store." My wife is a cancer patient. You can tell because she has no hair. The only relief she gets from the sickness of chemo is the vaporizer. So I have had to buy another one elsewhere. We are in our late 50s. It is a shame to see these people taking advantage of anyone, but particularly older people with serious health issues. After this happened I looked online and saw that this unit she sold me was from a company that everyone online was complaining about. So this incredibly rude and misleading person (Who seems to be an owner) got over on me big time. She has our money and we have a defective product. I can still hear her laughing at us as we left. She was laughing and my wife was crying. Shame on her…

This place by far has the worst customer service I have ever experienced... went by there the other day from tampa and they sold me a broken piece, drove back to replace it and they gave me the wrong sized attachment for the replacement... I ventured back a 3rd time with intentions of getting refunded after another employee told me I could get a refund... So on the 3rd visit I asked for a refund and they denied me the refund after me driving back and forth there 3 different times to replace the piece. The manager at the store was extremely rude cursed me out and told me to leave the store. Would NEVER reccomend going here. Absolutely awful customer experience and service. Kristen was the young lady working at the time. Would not call the owners of the store to ask if there was something they could do about it.

If I could rate a negative 5 stars I would!! The new management is ignorant and the attitude is just disgusting! Ive been going to this Wassabi for 2 years now when the owners fired Marcuus they lost the only good thing their business had. Tommy and Tyler are great employees too. But the rest are robbing your customers. Dont buy their bulk kratom. Its a joke at how much they rip you off. Youre better off going to Marleys house right by the Kmart on 19.

The Wassabi Family is by far the BEST out there. They are personal, knowledgeable and care about their customers. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for a place to go where you are greeted in a family type atmosphere. Have been here twice with my brother and it is a wonderful little store. Although I dont smoke now because of a career choice...I hope this place stays around for me when i retire. Plus its great for gifts for people that get into this kind of thing. I have glass pipes just to collect them...beautiful selection.

The ower the the most amazing dude. Every time i go into the shop it has NEW items and displays. So go... Go now my friends...

didnt feel like paying 5+ dollars a pack for cigarettes so I went to wassabi to get my roll your own tobacco and papers. Real friendly, mellow employees who help get you the best deal for what your looking for. Great prices,Knowledgable workers, will be back soon.

I quit smoking and have quit using vapes. The guys at this shop have helped me make good decisions that helped me all through this usually terrible issue. If want honest help they are terrific. I wouldnt go anywhere else in Hudson!!!
