This Place sucks! We walked in a few months ago as new customers and right from the beginning it was horrible. No of the employees even acknowledged us for over twenty minutes. We had to ask for help! Then they acted like getting us what we wanted was a huge headache. The guy told us he would get us a new computer from best buy for $600. False! He bought a used computer and it was only worth $300. Rent king wants us to pay $1200 for a $300 computer. That isnt the problem so much as the lying to us about original value. Secondly every time we call to make a payment they are rude, like its another inconvenience. I never write reviews but I felt so disgusted at the customer service of this place I had to! Please do not go here or youll regret it!

Its an alright place. They, of course, have to make their money and its by reselling refurbished items or new items at a marked-up price. Service was overall decent, no problems yet. Word of advice (and this goes for ANY rent-to-own service); always, no matter what, make sure you get a receipt with the name of the company and the product with a serial number on it. There are times when any place will either try to make more money or just plain forgot to enter in exactly what you bought. Keep your receipt(s)!! It may be the only proof you have that you have made payments! Good luck!

Great place for people on a budget to rent to own furniture and appliances. Ive gotten two laptops and a washer from her that are reasonably priced and the washer was only $12.88 a week and each laptop was only $14.88 a week so the prices are better than rent a center or other places that rent to own. The staff is pleasant and they do deliver and at this location there are three ingress portals within walking distance of the location as well as a poke gym and a poke stopfor those people that play Pokémon Go.
