First of all its a ridiculously long automated list I have to listen to. Second, they ask WHO I want to talk to. Theyre going to send you to any one who will answer phone. Now, Im on what I endearingly call FOREVER HOLD. So far, 4 minutes. And all to find out if a stamp I ordered made is ready. They said 3 days ago they would call, but Ive heard from no one. Another hold to see if they can find it . . . after 1 minute, came back on line. Same man asked same questions. Again with name, company name. Then I gave order number. Anther hold . . . Came back to tell me it has to be sent away and dont know when it will be in.

This store is a waste of a lease space. They have limited inventory and the print staff is Incompetent. After 2 days they blamed my files for for their inability to print four 24x36" pages and were rude when I called to ask when they would be ready. Office Depot printed them from the same USB stick in 10 minutes and were friendly doing it. At a minimum the entire staff should be replaced and if Staples cant find anyone better just close the place. Take the extra time and go to Office Depot, your blood pressure will thank you!!

The necessity of quality employees like Brandon whom helped me extensively is paramount to the continued success of companies like Staples. Technology is ever increasing and as the arrow of time travels in one direction, causing future events to flow inexorably towards us, so too will it bring an even greater need for a bright, vested, employee with the ability to efficiently communicate technical details to the consumer in an understandable way with an exceptional level of Customer service. Talk about a forgiveness policy. I just purchased a photocopy card to make legal-size copies at the store in West Bradenton (next to Publix) and because I was not familiar w/ their copiers I mistakenly pressed auto-color instead of auto-size. Anyway, I got color copies of things that were too small and could not use and when I asked to have the card credited I was told "too bad" that since it was my mistake. Yes I made a mistake but too bad for Staples, they lost a customer because of two pieces of paper.

I have not ever make an order in this store for me to find it on time nor for it to meet my expectation.I have to make 3 trips to the store for a sample business logo. I have submitted my order with my pick up time which one of the rep call me and tell me it will ready for my request time, but when I get there order was no where to be found, I was told the store has no toner and I have to drive an additional 25 minutes away to pick it up. I left the no order and not even apology.

Great customer service provided by Ben. What a handsome and strapping young gentleman. His knowledge of products made my trip a quick and efficient stop. Even ordered my items not found in the store! I would give 10 stars but it seems five is the limit. What a pleasant shopping experience, give that boy a raise!! :) 10/10 best staples in Florida.

when I go to staples, the staff is always friendly and ready to carry my heavy cases of paper out to my car. Also the rebates come directly to the customer, not in the form of on-line credit only to be used at the store. Youre great, Staples!
