I was calling from Costa Rica to inquire about a product brand they carry because a friend from Lancaster is coming down to visit me and I was hoping he could pick up the product and bring it to me. The guy on the phone, said he wasnt interested and literally hung up! I wouldnt call that customer service at all!

horrible......lazy, didnt WANT to even do a bench check. asked if he had a dei2879 and says yes but wouldnt sell one......i would have paid whatever he wanted for it but oh well....his loss. i will NEVER stop here again. if i could give lower than a 1 star i would

Totally unfair. I bought an analog scanner just before Christmas to find out that analog scanners arent used in my county. Why wouldnt you know that? Now that I am aware of the problem, you wont issue me a refund. What a way to do business!

Bought 2 Wilson antennas, wiring, & a galaxy 99 cb and the capacitors were blowed (fried) and radio didnt work. Wont buy or use them again.
