After we put in our application for a new couch, we were told we would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for one to be delivered from the warehouse. We called them to check in and no one had answers. Finally someone called us back after a month, we went down to pay and had to fill out a new application since ours was lost. We were told on that Saturday we would have the couch delivered on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, no phone calls to let us know they were not coming, I called them at 3pm to ask what time, they said between 4 and 6pm. I asked them to call me before heading out to my house, since i had been waiting all day and needed to run some errands. Its Thursday morning, been trying to call since they opened and no one will answer the phone. Im really disappointed with their service!

I went into rent a center and waited for an hour and no one came over to help me.I was ready to spend the big bucks that day. there loss was e-z rentals gain. I recommended e-z rentals to everyone I know now!!!
