Bought an AWESOME MacBook Air from Kasha and her team a month ago and I love it :) emoticon . It looks and runs like NEW. They even updated the operating system, added RAM and sold it to me for 60% the price of a new Apple. I was so happy that I recommended the ExperiMac Asheville store to my business associates who have also updated their systems. They have Pros, iPads, everything just like an Apple Store AND they repair iPhones and iPads too (All generations) Why would anybody buy new with such an awesome store right here in Asheville? The staff is friendly and super knowledgeable - best of all, they answer your questions and dont give you attitude like the Apple Store or those other guys. Highly recommended - try them, you wont be sorry.

A woman working there told me she would call me back within 10 minutes, 1 hour goes by. I call back TWICE and get "Tyler" on the phone- not only does he give me a horrible attitude and not acknowledge my complaint about poor customer service, but he began to talk over me and told me that I deserve his bad attitude. When I asked to speak to his manager, he claimed the woman who I spoke to was his manager and shes not in the store. When I asked his name to write a complaint, he kept asking me "Do you want us to call you back or not" OVER AND OVER. Good thing I have a great memory. Also a good thing I didnt waste my time on a trip to Asheville to deal with these incompetent people.

A friend had given me two MacBooks that she had broken trying to fix herself....never having even used a Mac, I quickly became overwhelmed with the mangled heap of wires and chips that laid before me. I brought the jumbled mess to Experiment to see if maybe they could make use of the spare parts. Not only could they use them but they wrote me a check for it too. Kasia was very friendly and told me straight up the worth of my MacBooks and had me out the door promptly, junkless and check in hand. Will definitely go back if I need to and will recommend them highly to friends. Great work..keep it up!!!!

Great, I brought my sons macbook pro in with liquid damage grape juice. The event happened last year and we did everything wrong as far as possibly minimizing damage. Its fixed I still cant believe it! I truely believe that they tried very hard to give us a good outcome. I have to add that when it happened I took it to Citymac in Biltmore Park and the evaluation was more expensive then I ended up paying for the repair, I was also told it wasnt worth fixing . As a bonus nice group of people working there, thank you.

Went in to get my Mac repaired and both Kasia and Taylor were great. They were willing to go the extra mile to get mac repaired and attempt to recover my data. They were willing to explain what was wrong with my computer and explained the steps they were going to take to get it back up and running better than ever. I am defiantly going back there if my Mac needs repair, updating, or if I just need advice.

They have the best trade in options. All the other Mac places in the area give you next to nothing. Once I traded my desktop for a laptop they provided other helpful services for free. I didnt feel like they were trying to nickel and dime me like the other macs places in the area did. Thats something that anyone can appreciate.

I left here EXTREMELY happy with a big smile on my face. They were able to bring my MacBook Pro back to life with an affordable $125 water damage repair in only a day and a halfs time!!. My laptop had been out of commission for over a year after I spilled hot tea on it. They were honest and courteous. Thanks, Experimac!!

I dropped and broke the screen on my IPad Air2. Ouch. The tech pointed out that the frame was also bent. It was repaired at a fair (but expensive) price. I am 100% satisfied with the results.
