I took in my galaxy 6 edge to CPR after a trip to AT&T, a call to Samsung and another trip this time to best buy. So I was using my phone, fully charged, then 10 minutes later nothing. I could get in to turn on at all. I went to AT&T, they plug it in, couldnt get it to turn on. They gave me the number to call Samsung. So i drive home to call from the house phone, AT&T reception is so bad in WNC we have to have a house phone. I call Samsung, this gets pretty bad, we walk through a couple different ways to reset with no luck. She asks if the phone is under warranty? i dont know. What is the EMEI number? i dont know. Can you remove the back cover to where the battery goes the EMEI is there? I didnt think that it was possible to remove. She said if you have a suction cup we can try, seriously. So after i told her i dont have a suction cup she suggested taking it to Samsung at Best Buy, happens to be across the street from the AT&T i was at earlier. The rep plugs the phone in, tries to restart, nothing. She asks have you had any repairs done to the phone? Yes i had the screen repaired. Who did it? CPR. I think she baited me into that, she goes into her rant on how they do bad work and that there is this other company who she knows personally does great work. Hmmm. Shes insinuates the work CPR did was most likely the cause so i have to take it them. I now go to CPR go through all the running around i did. They take the phone, couldnt determine the cause initially. They didnt want to have to keep me waiting so they gave me a loaner phone and said they would call the next day with an update. I asked if they could get me the EMEI number? They were yeah its printed on the back of the phone im extremely small print, really, Samsumg didnt know that!! So after they try a few different things over the course of a couple days they find the issue, a loose contact for the battery. Total cost of repairs $0.00. So after a long story the moral is ake your phone to CPR first. Forgot to mention the tech who took care of me was Jessie. Thanks for everything.

Dropped off my iPhone 6plus to get my cracked screen repaired. The employee told me it would be ready by 1:00 that same day. I get a call from them a couple hrs later letting me know there is a problem, so I head out to the store where I find out that they cant calibrate the colors, (???) the backlight isnt working and none of the screen replacements they tried work. Their solution was to send it to somewhere in Missouri and in two weeks I would have the phone back. Well....... 4 weeks passed and not a call from them, not an update, nothing. I called throughtout this time (after the 2 weeks) and always got a "We will get back to you". Not ONE time did they come thru with that. At some point I showed up and asked what the status of my phone was.... nobody had a clue and got the "Well call you when we know". Decided not to take that for an answer yet again, so said I needed my phone by Friday (this was a Tuesday). Again, not ready, not a call, nothing. I show up Monday around noon and they said it would be arriving that day. It did! BUT... they returned my phone with a non working camera... no photos, no videos. I paid for the work on the screen (I feel like a fool) and walked out with the phone. No offer to replace or solve anything... I handed over a full functioning phone for a screen repair and this is what I get. Aside from the fact that I had to go to the expense of getting another phone (essential for my work) I am now looking to buy another phone and sell this one for parts.

Horrible people!! I called to see if they had an iphone 4 battery, the guy said, "we have them. Hope to see you soon". Before I went to CPR, I remembered that I have an old iphone 4 and the battery may still work. I went to CPR and told the guy that I just called about the iphone 4 battery, but first Id like to see if the battery from my old phone works before I buy a new one. He took both phones to the back, after asking me five times what I wanted done. While he was telling the tech what I needed, the tech scoffed and said, "are you kidding me"?? That made me mad but I still smiled and wanted my phone fixed. The guy came back to the lobby and asked me again what I wanted done. "Take the battery from the white phone and see if it works in the black phone. If it doesnt work, Ill buy a new battery from you". He went behind the wall, to the tech, and came back to the lobby, and handed me both of my phones and said, "Im sorry but we dont have time to do this today". I was very confused as I was prepared to spend money and I was the only person in the store. I got very upset at this point, especially because I already heard the techs rude comment. I told the guy that I didnt understand because on the phone, he told me to come in, and I know it takes less than five minutes to switch out a battery. They werent busy. At all. Very unprofessional to the point where I dont know how they are still open.

My phone had a shattered screen. Took it in and the guy quoted me $100.00. Was told my screen had to be ordered and they needed a $48.00 deposit. I thought that was too high, however, a new phone at Verizon was going to cost $600.00 equivalent to mine. I got an early morning phone call that next day that my screen was in and that I could bring my phone in any time. Wow! can a screen be ordered and delivered that fast? When I brought the phone back in I was told that they were to busy to get to it today. WHAT? Why bring me in if you arent ready to fix it? I took my phone home, returned the next day, I left the phone and it was fixed by 5p.m.. When the kid rung up the bill it was $150.00! No Way! $48.00 deposit and I was quoted $100.00. He corrected that for me when I complained. When I got the phone home the upper half wouldnt scroll properly or select apps. Partly my fault. I didnt leave the phone open past the lock screen so they really couldnt check it out properly. I returned and they fixed it in 3 hours under warranty and the phone is working very well. Im not saying I would not use them again, however, I would really shop around next time. Everyone was really nice to work with. I think they need some organization & consistency with pricing and billing.
