I went in to have my phone screen replaced, I had excellent service. But they screwed up my phone horribly. I now cannot make or receive calls, my phone says that I dont have service, my 4G LTE doesnt work, they cracked my new screen, and ruined my home button to where it barely works. My phone cost $600 alone, and they charged me $200 to fix the screen. All they did was basically destroy my phone.

I called to check if they had an Arduino which is carried on their website. I was not surprised when they didnt know what I was talking about but when the second person I talked to didnt even offer to look it up and see what it was, saying "That sounds like someones name." with an attitude does not help. Maybe they should educate themselves on the products that they sell.

It is their new model but Radio Shack has turned into a cell phone sales place which house some accessories and a few gadgets. I went back to this location 2 time hoping a specific harness plug might be in its assigned drawer. Poor stocking..... just head to a website and order, youll have better luck.

Sad to say, we are gone now. Something to say to the grandkids, "I remember when you could go to a Radioshack and get someone who knows their stuff to help you" 96 years icon gone forever!

Its a bit sad to see the gutted out shell of Radio Shack, but this store luckily is still around for those needing specialty parts same-day.
