My husband has been a customer for over two years. Used to get military discount, within the last year depending on the employees done give it to him and some give him a hard time because his veteran card doesnt say disabled or active duty. They show him the cards that they except, there are business discounts, military active or disabled, and even the military spouse card. They promote military discount, yet now its only for active or disabled? He served this country front line infantry, and miraculously made it home without seeing physical wounds. Although his ankle, knee, and back or messed up and he suffers from PTSD. This is balony that he isnt worth the military discount his card says disabled. Which we are getting a new one which will have it on the and he could have went back to show his paper disable veteran. But instead will take our business across the street to Lowes. No longer faithful customers of Home Depot....

I went to Home Depot to get a saw bit and an adapter for a saw bit. I asked a Home Depot employee a question regarding which size would fit for a particular saw bit I was looking at. He informed me that he had no idea and directed me to someone who he said would. The employee he then directed me to instructed me on exactly which adapter I should buy to fit the saw bit that I needed to use. So I bought what he told me to in the end. Upon returning home I try to use the saw bit and the adapter that I just bought and saw that it did not fit. Not even close. I now have to waste the gas to drive back up there and return an item that an ill-informed Home Depot employee instructed me to buy. Hopefully at least one employee in the store knows how to do their job correctly and can direct me to the item that I actually need. Thanks a lot buddy.

I leave with a headache every time I leave this location... The employees are very good at socializing with each other, avoiding eye contact, and hiding from inquiries. Currently, I HATE this location. Holiday, or US19 locations are much easier to get your items and leave. Drive, its worth it. (Waited 45 minutes for employees to START getting my $400 item off the shelf. Four guys were hanging out chatting and teasing each other about driving the lift. Young kid and long haired guys were the worst. The two older gentlemen seemed a bit more aware.) I was giving one star, but the cashiers friendly attitude earned another from my now grumpy self.

Not knowing what materials I would need and how to order, Steven, the pro desk came to my aid.. Explained the ordering process, was patience with me not knowing what I would need.. He explained how Rip Rap worked and just about everything that could happen to it.. I want to thank all the refund folks who help me get many of the materials that I over ordered.. The load and unload guys helping me.. Overall excellent experience, I could not thank the folks enough... Again, thanks...

We just purchased a new Weber grill primarily due to the manager of that department. Although policy evidently said "no pick up of old grill", he saw that a local competitor did offer that service so agreed to pu. More sales & customer reps need to have that type of authority--without that decision, we would have purchased from the competitor and now we will continue doing business with our favorite store!

We were there today to look at appliances, it is not the store we normally go to but we were in the are. Glenn from appliances and Meshell ( I believe that was here name) from the plumbing department, were great. They answered all our questions and help us purchase all new appliances at special pricing. THE customer service was great and we will drive the extra 15 minutes to that store from now on.

Although it is sometimes hard to find someone to help you with specific needs youre looking for, once you find them, they are always affordably-priced. A/C filters for instance, are much cheaper here at Home Depot then they are at Walmart. I can get a pack of 3 Great AC filters for the same price I would have to pay for only 1 at Walmart. For real!

I called to see about renting a truck pretty late on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and the gentleman told me that his trucks havent returned and I said thank you and ready to hang up when he asked if I would like to leave my name and number so he could call me if one came back.... This blew me away!!! Very impressed with Als customer service!!!

Needed a simple piece of wood for a project. The Millworks guy located just what I needed for this small project and I got for next to nothing because it was a scrap piece. Then, a bright, cheery lady (and cute too!) was the checkout clerk. Icing on the cake of a nice visit to the Big Orange machine !

Im here now. Ithe took about twenty minutes to get someone to tell me how much was on my gift card, every ones standing around avoiding eye contact. I had to ask 9 people and every one gave me a bad attitude. All I came in for was a flower. After this trip, I wont come back.

When ever you get concrete, the helpers make a fun for it, or hide. Every time, or they make out they are busy, like collecting the carts or helping another customer put flowers in the trunk of there cars. Very sad, they need to hire younger guys not old fogeys.

Walked in with $1,000 to purchase tiles drywall and other assorted items. After wandering around for half an hour trying to find them myself I could not find a single employee to point me to any of the purchases I required. Or answer any of the questions I had.

Im done with home Depot, Everytime not just once in awhile EVERYTIME!!! I HAVE A PROBLEM nobody wants to help at least 50% of employees all have a bad attitude. I spend thousands of dollars there and Im DONE!!!! And I know a lot of people feel the same.

Glenn in the appliance department is great. Most of their cashiers are also helpful and friendly. Some of the associates on the sales floor seem to walk around and ignore customers. The old guy with his hair and mustache dyed black as black is rude!

This is my location of choice despite living just as close to a second location. I am always pleased with the service I receive here. I usually shop HD for building materials and the Lowes across the street for finishing items (lights, handles, etc.).

We were able to get in and get the things that we needed with little effort. The staff there was pretty helpful when we asked them questions. Overall it was a good experience. It was a standard Home Depot like you see across the country.

Waited 20 minutes for a store representative to assist me in the Electrical Dept. He never responded after numerous repeated calls to him on the store P. A. System and store telephone. I left the store.
