PLEASE PLEASE make sure you read in its entire form the 4 page contract for the tool rental at any home depot. The reason im giving this store a 1 is because Troy and Matt (the assistant manager) were patronizing me when i was not understanding their policy to charge for a FULL day if you keep the rental for over 4 hours on the second day. Troy asked me if i had ever rented before at any home depot and i said yes 1 time and he said well its the same policy at any home depot you go to. Well Troy, im sorry i do not know your policies but you dont have to treat me like im crap. He agreed to reverse the charge but would need manager approval and the manager MATT came and asked me what the issue was and i explained, well i wasnt aware of your policy to charge a full days rental for being 6 hours late. He said, well it in your contract. I said, SHOW me where it says that. He fumbled around for 5 minutes and could not find it. The money was not the issue for me. It was the way i was treated, like an idiot that should have known. After waiting forever for Matt to show me in the contract their policy i ATE the $150 extra they charged me for 6 hours overage because i could not take it anymore their stupidity and lack of customer service. Again, right off the back when i questioned the extra $150 charge Troy got defensive so i assume he gets the same complaint from other customers about their policy. I must say, i do not disagree with their policy, only that they treated me with the utmost disrespect and patronizing customer service. I must add that MATT the assistant manager did try to refund $63 but with an attitude as if he was doing me this huge favor. I didnt want the $63 at this point. All i wanted was an explanation of their policy and to show me in writing where it was. They could not do that. My daily $$$$$ spent on flips just went out their front door. Kudos to Matt and Troy

I went in today to buy a dishwasher and an ice maker. Out of at least 15 workers roaming around the store, absolutely no one offered to help. I was, however, asked to move out of their way as they were moving carts up and down the aisles. The dishwasher section was completely barred off, so my daughter and I stood there and discussed different features of them while we dodged another two lady workers that were busy getting past us to go to the computers. What a bummer. We left and went to Lowes.

Done with this store, must be a miserable place to work because most of the employees obviously hate thier job. Especially the paint department. Ive been a weekly shopper there since buying a home in the area and have spent thousands there on appliances, paint, tools, and building materials. I wish I had been driving the extra few miles to Lowes and will from now on! The Tarpon Lowes has better selection, more inventory, and truly helpful and happier employees.

Bought a whole kitchen cabinet set and when received they were all scratched and dinged up and one cabinet was the wrong color!! George kitchen guy spoke to us as if we were lying and him the manager and sales rep handled everything so poorly! With such bad customer service. Never buying a huge order from them again!! Will be taking my business elsewhere.

They do NOT call you back. And a little over do it on the "can I help you find something "... let me walk in the door, please! When I need help it cant find anyone & im given no opportunity to get help cause I said no pretty much said no in the beginning. Gotta move to another department to get help in the last one.

I called the store about 7:30PM to find out how late the garden part of store is open. I know it closes before the rest of store closes. I stayed on phone over 20 minutes and keep hearing how important my call was. I guess not important enough to answer the phone. This is not a busy time it the store.

Good place, had the guy who cuts wood walk away after I asked if he could, found an another HD employee who called on the radio for a person to cut wood, and the guy who wouldnt cut it came back to cut it.... Lowes down the street is a lot cleaner. Still some good deals on ryobi here though.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly but I waited quite a while for help in paint and the person who finally came over couldnt answer my question. I ended up buying what I needed a few days later at the one on little rd. Because they knew exactly what I was talking about.

I called I was on hold for 30 minutes and when I did get someone she transferred me 6 times for no answer from none of the stations she took my name and number said they will give me a call...6 hours later and till this date I have not received any calls

Went in to purchase Ridgid batteries that were on sale in a two pack for $100. They only had single batteries in stock which were listed as $100 dollars each. Staff was very helpful and honored the price advertised. Always shop this home Depot.

Wonderful customer service. Went to buy air filters, they were out but directed me to the store that did with aisle number and all. Dianne helped me out and was as nice as could be. This is why I shop here and not at lowes.
