I visited the hardware department looking for help with key locks. I spone earlier with a female rep, and she took the time to explain what i needed. When i arrived at the store she was gone, and an older man with full bear showed up. First he made it sound like i was making up the conversation I had over the phone. Then he pointed me to some key locks and walked away refusing to help. I asked for a supervisor, and he hesitated calling the supervisor. At this point a non employee person jump to his rescue and began yelling using vulgarity. He kept yelling I was wrong and I was an AH. Now I dont know if the person was related to the employee and was upset I asked for a supervisor or this was a racial atrack. I stayed at the ready avoiding a physical confrontation. When someone from management arrived, the misteriously robin hood of home depot disappeared. The manager did his manager job apologies and took the time to explained to me how the smartkey works. As a new home owner, I dont know if i will continue to visit the store. The entire situation was unnecessary if the employee did his job and help the customer. I may never visit the store, so Icompleted the rest of my appliance shopping at the competition. I should not feel like im in danger when im shopping at this store.

Home Depot countertops department pulled a bait and switch (old switcheroo?) on my wife and I. We provided the specialist at Home Depot with very accurate measurements of our countertops, we rounded up so we wouldnt be under quoted. After getting a quote we applied for a Home Depot credit card and paid the balance. Home Depot sent out professionals to measure our countertops and we did not hear back from anyone for more than a week. When we called to inquire about the next step we were told we had to pay an addition $1,700 before anything else could be done. "Pay $1,700 or cancel your order". It took a while for us to figure out because they tried to hide the truth but we eventually discovered that the specialist had input our measurements incorrectly and had quoted us the wrong price. After contacting store management we were told it was just an estimate and that this sort of thing happens all the time. They refused to take responsibility for the negligence of their employee and didnt care about the effect their blunder would have on our project, wallets or credit scores. I would recommend to anyone thinking about using Home Depot for a job to get a second opinion before you buy because when all is said and done Home Depot will tell you to Pay up or Shut up.

This particular Home Depot is located on a very congested corner of US 19 haha like which corner of US 19 is not congested. Anyhow if he decide to Trek into the parking lot do not take the entrance by the Applebees restaurant rather go to the South and driveway it is such a pain in the ass trying to get in and out of this parking lot its going to tear your hair out if you come during a busy time especially. The people that work in this store however are really awesome they will go to Great Lengths and making sure that you are taken care of I have experienced this first-hand namely Hans in the window and door Department and the girls at the customer service although maybe not very experienced they try and do their best. Always look in the clearance aisles for deals because there are many to be had. The garden center is yet to be determined haha Im only saying this because you think youre getting quality plants and fertilizer in supplies but really theyre not that great. Better off going to a nursery in my opinion

First associate we came across at the order desk had a problem even directing us where to get help. He insisting on filling the previous customers order or whoever he was supposedly doing nothing for. He never anyone else to help us. We stood around for about 10 minutes before we made our way to customer service, Chris was helpful. Sat around for another 10 min before we were told to pull our vehicle behind the building. Unfortunately we pulled around back to get our fencing and half our order was missing. Thankfully we realized before we left the parking lot. You would think with all the people around back smoking cigarettes, they could at least check the order while they did nothing. Weve been here almost an hour trying to pick up a simple order that should have taken about 15 minutes. Definitely wont be ordering from this location again. Work hard or hardly working? These employees, HARDLY WORKING.

I am a DIYer and go to between Home Depot and another H store that is just north of this location for whatever I need.. Overall what you would expect from Home Depot with friendly folks working there and willing to help. The only hitch on the last 2 visits was that the items I was looking for were not in the locations displayed in inventory to their own folks for the 1st visit and to the widget on Home Depots mobile webpage that showed inventory and location. The 1st was not physically there at all and the second was mislabeled in the widget but a Home Depot CSR looked it up and directed me to the right spot.

Very good home improvement store. Pricing is always better than competitor Lowes. For some reason I always struggle to find what Im looking for here; not just this location but all Home Depot locations. Organization seems to be significantly better at Lower. For the more aggressive pricing though I usually drive a bit further and deal with the struggle find things to shop here. Not to mention their flooring department saved me $2,000 (compared to Lowes) on a recent job. Thats a huge win. They always have aggressive credit plans that help for large projects as well. 36m @ 0% , thats pretty hard to beat.

If you are a woman, be sure to steer clear of this particular location! I have been there on two separate occasions and will not be going back EVER AGAIN. First off, all men that I asked for help greeted me by not making eye contact and staring me in the breasts. I was walking through the aisles and noticed one coworker whisper to the other to take a look at me. At checkout, I noticed a large group of male employees gather behind me, only to turn around and see them all look away quickly. I felt harassed and am disgusted by this behavior. Ladies, do yourself a favor and go to Lowes.

So,,, you watch me ring stuff up at SELF check out, with my wife and child with me.... then as Im paying with a credit card,, this cashier says to my wife "did you pay for that stuff!"...... really rude us an understatement... employees at this location need to seriously work on politeness and a customer service auttiude!!!!!! I can see asking for a receipt, but really be rude.. this is the closest home depot to my house and it has lost my business!!! Meanwhile, the shoplifters who you need to watch out for walked out past your elderly cashiers with over $2,000.00 In tools.

Contracted to have a bathroom remodel done for my 90 year old father. Contract was signed in April, 2014. In June, the work still had not been done and after mass confusion on the part of Home Depot, and talking to three or four people "in charge", I asked for a refund. Please be aware that once you agree to have them do work for you, they want to be paid in full, up front. But when they dont perform as agreed, it takes up to 8 weeks to get a refund. I will never spend another nickel in a Home Depot store.
