The cookies are great, but last time I went service was horrible. Also I paid 9.75 for 6 cookies that is the regular price, but then I found out they have this promotion of 5 cookies for 6$, 1 more cookie is 1.25. So I could have paid 6,25 instead of 9,75... I told this to the girl there and she didnt even say sorry, or gave me 3$ back, or 2 more cookies... anything... she just didnt care... BTW, its kind of senseless to have a promotion that encourages you to buy less cookies (5 instead of 6)... whatever, very disappointed...

I continue to be impressed by the piquancy and savor that each insomnia cookie brings fourth, however, it is only apt for me to shed light on the egregious nature of your delivery service. I cannot even begin to identify the amount of times I have found myself sitting at home malnourished and crestfallen, looking only to satiate my ongoing hunger with a single delectable, saccharine, and toasty cookie alike what I have experienced in the store. prices are aight

I thought the cookies were average but service was slow. It wasnt the workers fault though the whole time she was working there was another employee just standing there watching her and listening to his headphones. It was also expensive, about 10 dollars after tax for 6 fairly small cookies. Just buy some dough and make some in your own oven instead.

Had a late night craving and these cookies definitely satisfied it. Cookies were nice and warm with the chocolate chips melted inside just right. My order was missing a cookie, but they were sure to bring me a cookie in a timely manner, and even added an ice cream treat to it. Love it! Would definitely order again.

LOW CLASS SERVICE! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT NIGHT, THEY DONT EVEN WANT TO WORK THEY SAID NO TESTERS AT ALL FOR THE ICECREM. Ive never tried their cookies, they seemed fine though. Their ice cream is too over rated and served in small portions ... and yeah, no place to sit down and enjoy your ice cream. No seating place. I would give only 3 stars for the service. They were talking to each other while serving costumers.

Ultimate warm cookie destination. Located next to a night club this cookie place is the place to be for late night munchies. With an assortment of ice cream and cookies that come in two sizes I recommended going all out and getting the cookie sandwich. Youll thank me later.

Cookies were warm and service was nice, but she was on the phone when we arrived and told us to wait. We got the triple chocolate chunk, chocolate chunk, and double chocolate . They were just not good. Soft and warm, but flavor was lacking. Unfortunately, not worth it.

Staff wasnt really that friendly and I somehow ended up with a massive $8 ice cream sandwich melting away on a tiny plate since they had no to-go option. The cookies are nice but it is pretty expensive for what it is.

This place rocks for those with a sweet tooth. Nicely located a block over from Ocean drive...so its not too crowded buy close enough to all the touristy spots...and you can sit in or take it to go. Must try!

Flames! I got a giant cookie sandwich and couldnt even eat it all. The thing was huge and oh so delicious! It actually tasted like homemade cookies, which is rare for a restaurant style environment.

Honestly I love this spot Im a south Floridian so its just a drive to Miami about 40-45 minutes but its worth it. The wait isnt long, the cookies literally fall apart beautifully. It was great
