If I could rate this place lower than 1 star I would. My husband and I went here today for the first time and was absolutely turned off by the treatment we received by one of the staff members. As it was our first time ever eating this brand of ice cream my husband asked to sample a flavor and was told by one of the staff members that he needed to purchase an item first before he could be given a sample of ice cream. Have you ever in your life heard sure bull??? He was further told by the server that she was dealing with customers who paid already and therefore unless he paid first he could not get a sample of ice cream. Therefore, saying because we had not paid we would not be treated like a customer or given any time to be attended too. We have never gone into an ice cream shop and been asked to purchase before given a sample or treated in such a manner. We just walked out and will never go back again due to the disgusting and appalling customer service received. Save your money for an establishment that treats everyone with respect and values each customer that walks into their establishment.

I fell in love with Freddo. After wasting $30 on ice cream and sub par service at Haagen das on south beach I decided to find an alternative ice cream shop. While in downtown Miami after googling I ended up at Freddo. The staff was great. Diego was very nice and after allowing us to sample a flavor I decided on a chocolate flavor with dulce de leche swirls over lava cake. Wonderful selection. I enjoyed my ice cream so much that I came back the next day before catching my flight home. This time we met Shanna who was very pleasant and helpful. Our experience was again wonderful. This time I had my ice cream over brownie. Classy quality ice cream. Thanks guys! We will be sure to stop by whenever we are in miami.

Yummy Gelato flavors with generous portions. Dulce de leche is actually dulce de leche instead of the caramel flavored inferior version served at most places so do not order it as the main Gelato in a combination dessert because it can be very sweet. Parking is hard for this hidden gem in Brickell.

The ice cream continues to be the best in the world. Just like the one in Argentina. The service is just not up to par with the standards Freddo has established in their Argentine stores and what Brickell consumers expect from business in this area.

Waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told when it came time to select my flavors (which I had already done at the counter, redundant I know) I was told they didnt have any left. Perhaps the slowest ice cream/dessert place I have ever been to

Its an OK place for ice cream when in the Brickell area. Gets crowded at times as it offers sidewalk sitting. Little overpriced for the quality though. They remain in business cause theyre the only such place in blocks around.

I have tried Freddo in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As always, creamy and great tasting ice cream...best on Brickell and also on Lincoln Road. A MUST if you are an ice cream lover. Dont miss it.

Pictures dont match the product. I would not associate this with the Freddo from Argentina, they serve a quarter of what you get there and it does not taste authentic.
