Horrible service ever! Los trabajadores pesimos, el servicio y la atención horrible. Hice una linia de casi media hora, cuando me atendieron pedí por el churro Ice crean dessert .. aparentemente preparar este ice cream dessert cuesta muchísimo trabajo porque ellos se miraron the staff ( Gabriel /una muchacha que dice llamarse summer y otro muchacho ) haber a quien le tocaba la desdicha de preparar el dulce. .... me dijeron que enseguida lo preparaban. Continuaron atendiendo clientes después de mi y alreadedor de 15 minutos después cuando les pregunto por mi orden, me dicen q 4 minutos estaba lista que se les había olvidado... después de 10 minutos mas me les vuelvo a acercar, a esta jovencita quien debería de pasar dicho sea de paso un curso de buenos modales, porque me canse de llamarla y ella aún viendo que la estoy llamando se hacía la sorda ( obvio!! Sabía el mal trabajo que había hecho) especialmente que estos muchachos tenían un bunch de otros amigos esperando afuera y estaban en cualquier cosa menos trabajando ... anyways .. cuando se acercó esta joven le pregunto su hombre y en mala forma me dice q "Summer" ) le pedí que cancelará todo .. estuve literalmente con mi niño de dos años y un embarazo de 6 meses una hora en este lugar y me fui con las manos vacías y mi hijo llorando por un helado sencillamente porque el stuff de cold stone no pudo prepararlo. Este location no se los recomiendo a absolutamente NADIE! Vallan a cualquier otro pero no pierdan su tiempo Aquí. Es increíble que los dueños de este lugar quienes de por sí tan barato no cobran no se preocupen por tener personas más educadas, capacitadas y enfocadas en su negocio. Y para rematar pido por un manager y me dicen q no hay. Les pido por el nombre del mismo y se negaron a darmelo. ... horrible!!

I normally love coldstone ice cream despite the price. I visited 30 minutes before they closed which is probably why my experience was subpar but if youre going to stay open until midnight you should be prepared to offer good service until midnight. They didnt have half the flavors or mixings available and were somewhat rude when saying so. This alone would warrant 3 stars but I took another star off because there were chunks of ice in one of the flavors we got. Youre better off spending your money at one of the nitrogen ice cream shops around.

Customer service was horrible. 4 people back there and everyone of them just looked at me and didnt help as they all carried on there own personal conversations. Then I looked at one of them and said "can somebody help me?" Whoever the owner is, needs to pay attention to the lack of attention given at his or her shop

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Complete waste of money. Last minute decision to grab something sweet. Ice cream was runny and melting when I was served it. Service was beyond horrible! A bunch of kids who dont care about the customer!!! Im pissed and will contact corporate tomorrow!!!!

The brand is awesome so we stopped! Staff was complaining about wanting to go home. They served small portions and didnt sing when tipped (which disappointed our kids). I will return to a Cold Stone because of the concept but probably not this one because its not up to par.

Hands down the greatest Ice Cream shop in town. Ever since Jon became manager the place has turned around. The employees are inspired, the ice cream is creamier and tastier than ever, and the service is unparalleled. Must go visit

After I wait 20 min at the lane for the lady to make the wafle,she said that she is out of Straberry flavor.. Very bad customer service!! I do not recommend!! Go to the onein8st. SW

My server Ashley was a sweetheart attending me. Even though she served a tad bit less than what the cup holds, her service was outstanding!
