Poor customer service! so i asked for the two scoops of ice cream in a cone. the lady put in the smallest cone available...which of course was already started to look messy...she attempted to put a second on top...i told her this would be super messy...one would do too since she already put it in without asking for the cone size. i went to pay the cashier said we will charge u for the two scoops even though u got one...i replied just put the second in a cup..no biggie...cashier replied they cant do that since one scoop is already in a cone and there are cameras watching?! Really?! putting the second scoop I am paying for in a cheap cup is that expensive! Guess what I am not paying for it or returning. If there are negative starts I would def give award them to this place for the poor customer service!

El helado más horrible que probé en mi vida . Los pocos sabores que tienen están muy mal logrados .No es artesanal , completamente empalagoso . Las personas que atienden parecen estar muy apuradas aún cuando estaba vacío el local .

Absolutely Delicious!!! This is NOT your grandmothers ice cream. This is GELATO!!! And Gelateria 4D gets it. Having enjoyed gelato throughout Europe, this brought me back to the taste sensations I experienced while in Rome. Not overly sweet. Perfectly creamy. Bold flavors. Quite an enjoyable experience. Ask for tasting samples. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely a 5-star rating from me! I highly recommend it!!!

Rude, I ordered the cookies n cream I asked the girl if she could add some of the crunched cookies that are at the top of the gelato youd of thought I was asking for gold. There are at least four other similar places to each gelato on Lincoln Road. My suggestion is go to the place that isnt so rude and stingy. At almost $12.00 for a waffle cone youd think they would be nicer.

Went here July 24, 16. We got to smalls (which included 2 scoops and you can get 2 flavors). Black berry and mango, cookies and cream and black cherry. Both combos were equally delicious. Told the server it was my 1st time there she let me try all the flavors I wanted. Will most likely be back before we leave town.

Disorganized, we were (somewhat rudely) directed to pay before looking, tasting, or making a choice on flavor, creating unnecessary jostling. Observed others having the same experience. Oh, and the Gelato was airy, unlike I expect it to be. Generally disappointing.

This "gelato" is saturated with sugar and almost impossible to eat if your sense of taste has not been fully desensitized. Not the Italian quality gelato, but American sugary garbage. Could not taste the flavors due to the amount of sugar. NOT recommended.

My first gelato experience. I stayed away because I thought it was just a sissy version of ice cream. Boy was I wrong. This stuff is awesome. They need one of those "eat 9 times and the 10th is on us" cards. Id have at least three freebies in a week.
