Horrible place. Had cops called on my family. Because we wanted the phone number for corporate. Just so that we can let them know how bad the service was that we received. How we placed our order and 10 to 15 minutes later they come out and let us know that we did not place an order. We told the guy on skates that we placed an order 15 minutes ago. Which he mentioned that the speakers are sensitive, So the girl that tooked the order canceled it. So instead of letting us know 15 minutes ago just had us sitting and waiting for no reason. Meanwhile my little niece is starving. We did not get upset we just told the guy on skates that we will just go elsewhere. So, before we left I got out to take pictures of the place of bad service. We started driving away when I told my brother to go in and ask for corporates phone number. Not only did she give us a nasty attitude the number she gave us for corporate was not to corporate at all. Which I already knew that she was not going to give us the right number. Because, if you did nothing wrong why would you not give us the right number. It was a general manager for the store. We told him what happened and guess what? He too was of no help and gave us a nasty attitude too. He said he was on his private time for us to look on the cup. We told him we dont have a cup because we did not get the order we had placed. So we told him to have a good day. Good old Google had all the info we need. I have video of the incident. So we dont even get a block away before the police show up. Not that we didnt want them to come. They threaten to call the police on us. So we told the so called manager to go ahead and make sure you tell them our license plate number. So they know which car to stop. Guess what, the police officer said that we are not the only ones. He said he gets a ton of complaints at this Sonics. Thats why he doesnt go there. Which is weird because, we never had a issue before today. The officer was the only one that was helpful. We had to sign a trespassing form which was fine by us. They are crazy if they think that we want to come back to their store. Yes we did get in contact with corporate finally let them know the situation let them know that we had video plus the video cameras that they have in their store captured everything and were just going to leave it in our lawyers hands

I went there to try their new pretzel hot dog I had never been to this restaurant before so I have to give it another try unfortunately was not impressed with the bun that they called a pretzel bun did not taste like a pretzel but had somewhat of a pretzel texture and obviously something sprayed over the bread to make it taste like a pretzel shakes are good hash browns were good and their menu look very satisfying Im giving it a four stars for now but Ill go back one more time and try something else maybe a burger or something on that variety right now its its at a 4

This was a stop when visiting relatives and a bit of a disappointment. Our order was incorrect despite having it read back to us and being correct on the receipt. The server was pleasant, but the person taking our order took a while to do so. Likely not going back here, but we have not had an issue at our local Sonic.

Since moving from California to Vero Beach I find fast food very limited from what Im use to. Sonic is one of my two go to fast food places locally. Its A-OK, nothing great, but decent. Burgers, tater tots, chili dogs and my favorite, cherry limeade.

On certain days its good. Other days not so much. Lately theyve been getting my order wrong a lot and I end up paying for say a double cheeseburger but get a regular instead and dont know until I get home with my food.

Was a little busy the night I went, but food was good. Plus, they catered to my Keto needs. Though was a little dissapointed with the arrangement of the parking lot due to it sharing a lot with walmart.

They are usually good and fairly quick. I got a wrong order once, a cheeseburger with no toppings, they switched it out for the correct order. They said they had some new people that night in training.
