Since the grand opening, Ive been to this place pretty often. Everyone is always very friendly and try to make the service as quick as possible. Last Sunday I visited towards closing time. There was one employee cleaning while 3 others were assisting guests and preparing their ice cream. The young gentleman who was cleaning, touching multiple trash cans, changing trash bags and using some sort of chemical cleaner had a pair of gloves on and after he was done changing the trash bags and cleaning the trash cans, he then immediately removed a customers waffle from the waffle machine, put it in a cup, scooped her ice cream and took a handful of toppings to put on top. WITHOUT EVER CHANGING HIS GLOVES OR WASHING HIS HANDS. I am formally disgusted by this to say the least. If thats what they are doing in front of customers, I dont even want to begin to think about what they do behind closed doors. Although I really enjoy this place and I personally have never been served an ice cream after the employee was touching the trash, the whole experience really turned me off from ever wanting to visit this place again. Management was notified, however he did not react or give it the attention I would have preferred.

Honestly not as good as I thought it would be. Ordered a basic brownie with vanilla ice cream and a little Nutella as a toping. Neither the brownie nor the ice cream were good. The Nutella, which as an ice cream topic is better to be served warm (in order to contrast the cold ice cream) was room temperature. The tip selection at the cash register is a little awkward IMHO. Just not what I thought it would be. I will stick to Coldstone and Kilwins.

We drove all the way from Boca to try this place, nice staff and warm cookies but thats about it, the restaurant was dirty and unkept. Customers have to clean their own tables before sitting down. The ice cream is average and there seems to be groups of teenagers coming in and going out not buying anything and putting their dirty shoes up on the chairs. Trust me anyone can create this same dessert at home.

I was happy to try this for the first time. Sign says they open on Saturday at 12 sharp. Was standing at the door at 12:01and nothing, knocked on the glass door and the employees look first at the clock on the wall. That was for me a clear indication on how important customers are for them. Walked away 12:04 Took my business some place else. Dont think Ill be going back.

Great ice cream but we were as impressed the owners story (teenage/young man). Very modern and clean decorations. Their specialty is an Ice cream sandwich that is made with your choice of fresh baked cookie or donut! WOW!!! SERIOUSLY CHECK THIS PLACE OUT...I SEE A FRANCHISE IN MAKING!

Interesting idea, but the lines are very long. The line is also not indoors, which suggests bad design. The cookies were fair but couldve been warmer. Also, the toppings were light. The ice cream is delicious, so would recommend for that reason, but dont make it a weekly affair.

I think that the service is amazing. They explain the process very well and you can try as many flavors as you want. The product itself is also very good, simple and tasty. Just like any new place, it gets crowded during peak hours. Recommended

You get to choose your base (cookies, brownies, waffle churro, etc), your ice cream flavor and then a topping, all for a reasonable price. Just be aware that there is a line that sometimes goes outside, but that should tell you how good it is!

The line was out the door and we waited for 15 minutes before ordering. However, I picked the dosant( doughnut croissant) and soy blueberry with fruit pebble. It was worth the wait. It was so good I forgot the pic. I would go again.

Wow, that was amazing. Waited in line about 10 mins but well worth the wait. Went with a group of 5 and by the time I got outside, It was gone lol. I had the walnut brownie with salted caramel ice cream and chocolate syrup.

I thought the cookies looked old so I opted for a Milkshake... It was meh at best but hey I do love ice cream so that brings them up to 2 stars. Needless to say this milkshake did not bring all the boys to the yard.

Good. Got the dosant. Id say if youve had a cronut/dosant before You should just get a cookie sandwich instead. The dosant is smaller than the cookies so you get more bites of just ice cream.

My sister loves Cream, I didnt like it as well. The flavors of ice cream were ok but not special, so were the cookies. I had the brownie with ice cream. Again, good but not special.
