The Indiatlantic ColdStone seems to have some quality control issues these days. I frequent other Cold Stone locations around the US and this location is a blemish on their reputation. My wife ordered a coffee/ice cream mixed drink which came to us tasteless and watery. We sent it back and overheard a conversation between the two present employees indicating that the recipe was not followed when the first drink was made. I ordered a simple Love It (medium) sized cup of ice cream (no toppings mixed in). At other locations this same dish is twice the size of the portion i was served at the Indiatlantic location. Seriously, 1/3 of the inside bottom of the cup was visible before starting into it. Premium consumers have choices. This cold stone location is no longer one of mine.

We visit this store often, and I have to admit, some of the ice cream there is about as good as it gets. My personal favorite is the mud pie mojo creation with coffee ice cream, crushed oreos, fudge and peanut butter. My boy loves the cotton candy flavor, cake dough, and his favorite is when they have the shark week special flavor. The only reason it doesnt get five stars is once in a while you get a stingy server that gives you a tiny dollop as a serving.... I blow it off and think, OK, its probably better I dont eat too much sweets anyway..... But generally the kids working there are happy with good attitudes and they try hard to please. We really dont go anywhere else now, so if the owner reads this, please give your staff a little pep talk, so we wont have to.

My husband and I love cold stone. Our only complaint is the inconsistency of items available. Theres been several times weve visited the Indialantic location and theyve been out of bananas, strawberries or blueberries. My hubbys favorite is the cheesecake fantasy w/bananas and I love the strawberry banana smoothies. After a 20 min drive its really disappointing getting there and them not having what we came for. The staff has always been really nice and the young man thats the nighttime manager is always professional and apologetic when this happens.

extremely unhappy at the moment. went in for some Ice Cream for the family, and the total was $21 and some change, I go to use my card and they charge it for $221! there is now a hold on my card, and they have refunded me the money but it will take 3-5 business days to get back into my account we are about to head into a weekend and it will take even more time so I can get that money back into my account. I know the money will be back in my account in 3-5 days but I am so mad right now.

If you want an amazing dessert with quality service, look no further than Indiatlantic ColdStone! The people are very accommodating and helpful not only when choosing a delectable dessert, but also making me feel welcome. The ice cream was very good for my me and my wife; they had a very clean shop. Sue, the manager, was very personable and caring and I will definitely visit this location again!

Who doesnt like ice cream on a warm day at the beach? This is in a great location and has a great view. The ice cream is great too. They do their best to make it fun. The featured ice creams are great. Even cold stone hot stones are pretty good. There is usually a line but its worth the wait. For as much traffic as these guys see a day they really give you great service with a smile

This location does not stay open until the indicated time (11:00 pm). On two separate occasions I went to get ice cream from here; the first time (10:30) the doors were already locked when approached and the 2nd time (10:10) as we walked in the doors, they locked them behind us and refused other customers. So if youre planning on going after 10 pm, dont bother.

The ice cream was creamy and my husband loved the sorbet! The staff wasnt particularly friendly on that day, but moved quickly and efficiently. It is moments from the beach and paid parking is available nearby. The free parking at Starbucks and cold Stone is usually full so we generally park at the park nearby. It is a casual, yummy ice cream shop.

I brought my mother to coldstone and was not disappointed. The icecream was delicious, and the server we had (Stephen) was awesome. He was super interactive and really funny, as well as quick and great in getting our orders the way we wanted. Ill definitely be back, for more icecream and great service!:)

Right off the beach, quick service, great staff when we were there. If you are approaching from 192 they appear to be closed.....Follow Google maps....You go around to the beach side if the building for entrance. The signage could be better from that standpoint, but great service and location!

I came here to try the new yogurt - so happy I did. Its self-serve, easy to do, a good option to people who want to opt for the healthier treat and it tasted great. Staff were wonderful, store was clean and well looked after, and the yogurt didnt disappoint. Will DEFINITELY be back!

I went here last week, and it was a great experience! I ordered coffee ice cream, and the girl helping me suggested I mix in oreos and fudge. It was perfect! My sister got something called the pie who loved me which was also delicious. I highly recommend this cold stone!

The ice cream flavor is the same as always but they cut back severely on serving size and amounts they add when you have an add in. Service is a bit slow. Also, nearly impossible to park. Definitely dont come if youre not already in the area.

When we showed up the line was out the door, but Al and his staff handled everything quite quickly. So glad he was there to keep the line moving and everyone happy! He was so polite and kept his cool in a tough situation. Thank you, Al!

Al and Arisal(hope thats right) were amazing tonight! Took care of our 6 party group so fast and efficiently. I was really amazed. Super friendly as well. I highly recommend coming here for a treat after a hot day on the beach
