Horrible service, I would give it a 0/5, their shakes, and carvelanches are overpriced, barely any M&Ms I had gotten a large Carvenlanche and barely half the cup had ice cream, another time I had gone there and woman had taken care another customer and when the customer paid her, she had grabbed the money with her bare hands and the customer had ordered a milkshake with strawberries and cookies, she had broken up the cookies and stuffed them in the cup WITHOUT GLOVES, this place needs to lower their prices by a lot. McDonalds makes Carvel look stupid! McDonalds McFlurries have WAY more M&Ms then Carvel and better service. McDonalds > Carvel

Personally, I think this place needs to be remodeled but I do understand why they really cant right now, first of all we are in Hialeah. The amount to pay for a lease for a section of a shopping center is sky rise even if it was built in the 1800s. Another reason is because it is a private franchise. But other than that the ice cream is delicious, and I mean it. Thats why Im rating it 5 stars.

This place is the worst Carvel I have EVER been to. I knew Carvel does not live up to any expectations this one takes the award. Staff is utterly terrible with horrible mannerism and etiquette. Dont let me forget about no ice cream on display just a bunch of empty tubs with dusty ice cream tags but a sign of only 5 flavors to chose from including soft serve. Just disgusting. Hate it.

This place was very dirty! Dirt everywhere! My friend said she can smell roaches inside. The ice cream was so-so, I dont remember what I ordered. It was ice cream sundae with fudge Brownies. There was only 2 pieces of Brownie and most of the cup was filled with sauce. The employee put the Brownie with is bare hands! Dont come to this store. Theres better locations around .
