Lazy would not get up and ask if we needed help. Said they had no batteries and to come back another time, like next week. The watches need to be sent out to have the battery replaced. I have been a customer of keys for 23 years and know that these watches cant be done in the store. Just not helpful. They were more interested in their cell phones. 17 Jan 2017.
