Customer Service was beyond unnacceptable. The first three times I went the associates were dry and not very helpful. Thankfully, I already knew what I wanted and didnt need much help anyway. The fourth day when I finally bought the ring they wouldnt size it that day, I had to go back, make the line again, just to get it sized. Then, when picking up the ring I called ahead of time to tell them I would be getting there 2 minutes before closing, just in case they wanted to have the ring ready they proceeded to hang up on me mid-sentence. when I got to the store they ignored my knocks on the door. I called to ask them to please let me pick up my ring, I had the yellow slip in my hand but from the beginning the manager was screaming through the phone and used the excuse that she couldnt let people in because there was merchandise out even though there were other costumers in the store. This is beyond an arrogant lack of respect and I cant believe this is how a company would want its employees to treat people and I will be advising every one I know to avoid Jareds at all costs

Worst experience iv had in a jewelry shop! Drove Two and a half hours from the keys to the closest omega authorized dealer which is Jareds. I needed one link taken out of the band and they wanted to charge me $40 because I didnt purchase it there. So I took it to Blue Marlin jewelry in islamorida who isnt even a omega dealer and they did it for free, there staff were very friendly and educated about watches. Jarreds staff didnt even recognize my watch or know they were a AD. I would never buy anything from Jareds.

Really bad customer experience overall. I had to wait and wait until I (The customer) asked for help, and when prompted the sales rep took for ever to come back to me. I spent over 8K because my wife wanted something that she liked from there...I wonder what kind of service I would get if my purchase was less than 1K. I will just keep them for the high credit they give you as a good support for your credit score. Maybe it is just this store...so, I will try Fort Lauderdale or Aventura next time.

I have never left a negative rating for any store but my experience at Jareds does not even deserve .001 of a star. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECEIVED! My family and I are loyal customers for many years but after these most recent visits, we will never purchase from Jareds again! RUDE and UNFRIENDLY employees, Manager in charge was not helpful at all. How can Jareds hire these people? Completely dissatisfied and disgusted! Come on corporate open your eyes! LOSING MY BUSINESS FOREVER!

Horrible experience. I was not greeted at the door for starters. Parking is blocked off by cones. The store was NOT even full. After walking around for about 25 minutes, I approached the guard at the door. Which doesnt seem he knows what he is doing. With out even saying hello, he asked me if I got a transponder (in order to know when it would be my turn). It is truly incredible that I looking to spend money, and this is the service I get.

At first I wasnt too sure if Jareds (Kendall location) would be the place for me, Im used to shopping at reeds, but Im glad i did because the customer service was beyond anything I would have ever expected. The cappuccino was delicious. Never been to a jewelry store and have them offer cappuccinos. Overall, it was such a Welcoming environment. I am happy shopping there and will definitely be back for my next gift giving occasion.

Horrible customer service is an understatement! The sales associates would not help me. I stood in front of 2 separate registers and was ignored both times. I asked for help and was told a fight would break out if I was helped. What is that? Have a number system in place if there is high traffic. Do not recommend. Canceling my credit with them. Avoid like the plague!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Customer service was absolutely terrible. I was baffled that I went in for a ring resize and the employee was LAUGHING at my ring and the fact that they couldnt help me. I will NEVER recommend such an unprofessional establishment. I do not recommend.

Worst Jareds customer service ever. I have lived in several states and have taken my ring to Jareds and it has never taken me an HOUR wait to drop off and pick up my ring for cleaning/inspection. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

This shop is so below par... Theres always a long wait and their service turnaround is never as promised. I usually go the day after the pick-up date and my rings are never ready. It is unfortunate that there is no other Jared near my home.
