Very rude customer service. My fiancé and I had gone to this jeweler about a month back. The assistant manager was helping us and showing us all of our options and was very friendly. He went in detail regarding the insurance policy and everything it covers (free ring sizing in store, free cleaning and diamond replacement). We felt really good about this place and the customer service. My fiancé went back a couple of weeks after that and purchased the engagement ring. Since it was a little big, I wanted it resized. I called the store and was told the ring could be sized but the jeweler is only there 3 days a week and to call back the next morning. When I called back the next day to find out when the jeweler would be in the store I was rudely told that it was not possible for them to size my ring in the store, that the insurance we purchased only covered it being sent out. I then asked to speak to the assistant manager who sold him the ring and he was also very rude saying the insurance didnt cover it being done the same day by the jeweler. When I confronted him in regards to what he told us in the store he just ignored it. He told me if I wanted it done that day I would have to pay extra. I only agreed bc sending my ring off to some place I dont know was not an option! When I got to the store the assistant manager once again was very rude and acted like we were bothering him. He told us it would take 6 hours for it to be finished but would call if it got done earlier. We left for a few hours and came back and asked if it was completed. The assistant manager was no longer there and when another employee looked in the computer the ticket said it was not promised until the next day even though I paid and was promised it would be done that day. I explained to the employee all of this and when he checked in the back it was already finished just sitting there. We received no phone call that it had been completed. The customer service here is horrible. I will not be purchasing our wedding bands here and do not plan on purchasing anything else from this store. You spend thousands of dollars and they treat you horribly once the sale is done.

Peter C. was an excellent sales associate and was even able to create the ring in the exact specifications I had requested. He even went above and beyond delivered to me in Miami. Outstanding customer service and quality jewelry. Peter made my experience with him and Reeds unforgettable. Would definitely recommend!
