They could not handle a simple battery change in my watch. I took a fossil watch to replace the battery for a trip to Europe. I left the day after the watch battery was replaced on my vacation. Humidity was accumulating in the crystal. I didnt think anything of it. and when I returned from my trip I took the fossil watch off and replaced it with my everyday watch. Four months later my everyday watch needed to be sent out to its home store. I put on my fossil to find out it is not working. in takign the watch to a fossil store the girl at the counter informend me that the watch mechanism was rusted because teh back was not put on properly. When I take it to Rays -- Ray himself told me I waited too log to bring it back and I would have to pay for the repair. When I explained that this was not my everyday watch and it was not working due to the negligence of his staff he did not care. Most importantly he said that he does not guarantee that any watch brought in for a battery change would still be water resistant. Customer service was terrible and the watch was a loss. The repair would have cost him $30.00 - which was worth a customer and a bad review to him.

The service was excellent and super content on quality of work. I came in to fix my toddler Chamilia bracelet which had been previously worked on about 3x before. Today its been 2 weeks from repair without a problem. I was promised super speedy service with amazing quality. I loved the shop- Good to know they are a Pandora seller especially for the last minute gifts. Would highly recommend this business to anyone!!
