On 3/21/2016, I had work done on my wedding and engagement rings and I was delighted. However, it did not last nearly as long as my salesman told me. I took the rings back to Weston on 4/1/2017 and told them how disappointed I was. They said my salesman no longer works for them, but they would redo the work on my rings at NO COST to me. This time, I was truthfully informed about how long the rhodium process would last. They treated me with such kindness and fairness that I would gladly deal with this jewelry store again.

Ray was AMAZING and the owner Ed was AWESOME! If you are looking for a high quality place and super friendly, down to earth people..THIS IS THE PLACE! I will definitely be returning in the future! I visited multiple jewlers and this was the best! Bought my engagement ring for my fiance here! Ray sat and took his time with her and I to make sure her and my needs were met! My husband & I went into WJ to look at new setting for my diamond. We told Ed kind of what we were looking for... We chose one that he picked out with some modifications, so we really never saw the picture of what it would be. It took about 4 weeks, it was worth the wait and more than I ever expected. Ive been able to experience the expertise and outstanding customer service a few times. I dont consider myself an expert but Ive learned by talking to the knowledgeable staff and a little on my own. Think twice before you purchase!!!! i was shocked to find that a 3 Karat Diamond ring we purchased at 7500$ was apprised by another jewelry shop at 1000$ and that the diamonds are S2 and S3 level which is a low quality , they used my trust ,they also refused to take it back and give me the Money.

Excellent service. They adjusted the band of my Rolex at no charge even when I didnt buy my watch from them. The staff is very cordial, the way they treat you is second to none and their customer service is always followed by a smile. 5 Stars all the way.
