The owner of this store is rude and disgusting. Im calling Cartier today to ask them why they keeping such a moron as a Cartier distributor. I advise you to travel the 90 minutes to palm beach to deal with decent, knowledgeable Cartier stores. This Vero beach store is worthless; can you imagine he service after sale!?!?!?!

Arrogance and rudeness seems to be the constant here from the owners to their staff. Stopped to get a new watchband for a Corum watch and the onle person there was more interested in dusting the dsplay cases than providing service. When he did he was extremely rude and told us he was too busy.
