We went here to purchase a mans wedding band and decided on a tungsten ring. We ordered a size 14 and the sales rep said he wasnt sure if manufacturer could make that size and would let us know. We put money down on 4.15.17 and 5 weeks later still hadnt heard any word. We called the store to check status and the manager said the ring was never ordered because the manufacturer could not make size. Well it would have been nice if the store called us to let us know in a timely manner. Now we only have 5 weeks before wedding date to get him a ring and have very few options if any. The manager of this store was not willing to help in any way or offer any discounts and to top it off his staff member got on the phone with us to get our number so the manager could call back and she was SO rude. I do not recommend this store or any of its chains. They store is only interested in upselling you and DOES NOT VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I dont care what JARED sells, its beyond it. I was waiting for a bus and it just started raining, I went to the closest building (it was this Jared) for a shelter, but there was none, I just stayed close to the building near the entrance. No body cared I was standing at the entrance, and it was OK, I wasnt expecting anything. But then, the woman (a Jared employee) peeked out and asked me how I stuck there. She even offered me a "free umbrella" in exchange for a membership. I was pretty much wet, and needed an umbrella, and she wants a membership???? I said Forget it" I didnt say "do you even have a decency to offer me a shelter without talking about a stupid membership?" And she said OK and left me wet in the rain. It was so snobbish, unkind, heartless and stupid. If I ever need to buy a ring or whatever, I will never go to this store with such an idiot employee.

Terrible customer service and terrible management. Sales people pre-qualify customers when they walk in and do not help customers in the order that they arrive. I walked in today for something simple and waited for 30 minutes, while watching others that arrived after I did receive help, and left without being helped. I put my name on a list when I arrived, so I know that they knew I was waiting. I wanted something simple today (links taken out of a watch band), so they may not have cared today but I will definitely shop elsewhere when I want to purchase an engagement ring, a new watch, or jewelry. Absolutely terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend Jared to anyone. There are a lot of jewelers out there and the only thing that separates them is customer service.

We had a very bad experience with my wifes first engagement ring setting, purchased from a local jeweler (not Jareds). Anibal came to our rescue and was with us every step of the way to ensure we were completely happy with the new setting for my wifes ring. When we got married, we worked with Anibal again to help create a custom wedding band for my wife and the process was seamless. I am not sure why there are such bad reviews for this location. Perhaps they didnt get the opportunity to work with Anibal. I will continue to be a loyal customer at this location so long as Anibal is there to help us! :)

I had good experiences here. They still took care of me when I came in my work clothes (which isnt pretty) very friendly and yes they do push the higher end on you. I also will say they kinda make you feel like you dont really love your wife if your not spending 10k on a necklace and diamonds and more diamonds. But if you hold your ground and tell them straight up they did back down and ended up being very helpful.

Same situation as person below. Ordered a wedding band 4 months ago. Visited the store 3 seperate times and no one knows anything. Even with my receipt showing a deposit. Now Im getting married in 2 weeks without a wedding band. Thats Jared!

This is the third time I had to go back to them to cancel the payment protection plan. Two other purchases as well they billed me. I guess they think you will not review your statement. I have had it with place and will not be back.

They have always been super helpful. Even when buying something small like a Pandora charm. My favorite jewelry in broward. They only get the 4 star rating because theyre overpriced. But the customer service makes up for a lot.
