INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONICS AT DOLPHIN MALL Don´t buy at this store, profiteers who charge more than the product is worth talking about features that do not exist, deceiving consumers in a unpleasant and horrible experience. Beware of this place. Não comprem nesta loja, aproveitadores que cobram mais do que o produto vale falando de características que não existem, enganando consumidores em uma experiência desagradável e horrível. Tome cuidado com este lugar. Weve been fooled by a salesperson when asked if the model he is presenting had a certain characteristic, the answer was yes, lie. ended up paying more. ie were stolen. avoid this store. I hope the $ 200 more than I paid to have solved the financial problem of this store. But it depends on me, but no Brazilian will be stolen there. Fomos enganados por um vendedor, quando perguntei se o modelo que ele esta apresentando tinha uma certa caracteristica, a resposta foi sim, mentira. acabamos pagando mais. ou seja fomos roubados. evitem esta loja. Espero que os 200 dolares a mais que paguei tenham, resolvido o problema financeiro desta loja. Mas se depender de mim, Brasileiro nenhum mas vai ser roubado lá.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia en esta tienda. El manager de la tienda me estafó y me cobró 90 dólares por una tarjeta que cuesta 16 dólares. El tipo me mareo, me dijo que era una tarjeta de memoria super especial y hasta me mostró precios falsos desde su celular. Nada en la tienda tiene precios y ellos le ponen los precios que les da la gana. Cuando volví a reclamarle el señor fue muy mal educado y grosero (creo que se llama Antonie, es moreno pequeño y rellenito). Me amenazó con que llamaría a la policia que yo no vivía ahi y que no sabia en lo que me estaba metiendo. Yo sabia que no había hecho nada malo por lo que espere que llegara la policía del centro comercial y estos en vez de sacarme de la tienda me ayudaron, me apoyaron e hicieron que el ladrón y estafador me devolviera el dinero. De verdad la policia y seguridad del centro comercial se portó muy bien conmigo. Pero creo que deberían tomar medidas más fuertes contra este tipo de personas.

Son unos estafadores. Compre una camara y accesorios. El vendedor me dijo que tenia garantia por 15 dias en la tienda. El tripode es muy ligero y fui a cambiarlo a los 4 dias y me dijeron que no devuelven el dinero y me penalizan por haber usado el producto un 35% del valor. URGENTE. LEAN EL RECIBO QUE TE DAN A FIRMAR, NO CONFIEN EN EL VENDEDOR NI EL CAJERO. NADA DE ESTO LO EXPLICAN PARA VENDER, SOLO QUIEREN SACAR EL DINERO Y BIEN CAROS QUE SON... Saludos///They are scammers. The tripod is very light and went to change it to 4 days and was told no money back and penalize me for having used the product for 35% of value. URGENT. I bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy S6 plus from them. 3 weeks later the phone just died. After replacing the charger I realized the problem was with the the phone. When I took it back to the store they said I should deal directly with Samsung. Samsung told me the serial number does not match to a phone they make and that it most likely is a fake replica. I went back to the manager at this store and he told me that its very strange and he will call me in the morning. He never did. I must have called at least 7 more times after that, each time with another excuse and told me he will get back to me. I cannot get a refund out of them or get it fixed. Nobody wants to touch it, because it is not an actual Samsung. (It looks just like one) I placed a claim with my credit card company, but they also needed a quote from authorized repair company. I overpaid for this phone ($900) and ended up loosing all my money. This place should be investigated for fraud for selling fake phones at full retail. I ended up buying another phone from B&H photo instead. Shame on me for trusting in peoples word. ;(

WARNING: Do Not Purchase Anything From This Store, you will be RIPPED off. These people are not here to give you a good deal or useful products. I went in to see if they had a nice microphone for my Canon, yet the one they were offering me at $100 was CRAP! So me being the savvy person I am Googled (this is actually a word now) the actual microphone they were trying to sell me...and guess what? It was $30 online. They are selling stuff TRIPLE the actual price! Do not buy here, retail stores like this are the reason America is in a recession. Do your research like I did, and find the best product at the most economic price, not the WORST for the MOST EXPENSIVE.

Cuidado!!! Esa tienda es una estafa, los precios estan muy por encima del mercado y son versiones ya viejas. Ademas no permiten cambios ni devuelven el dinero, de hecho tengan cuidado porque la factura lo dice!!! No se como permiten tiendas asi en sitios donde van muchos turistas!! Que horror

En esa tienda me clonaron la tarjeta de crédito. Solo use la tarjeta en ese establecimiento el 28 de diciembre y me tomaron los datos de las tarjeta e hicieron compra por más de 6k dólares. Son delincuentes junto el que atiende llamado TONY y la chica que atiende de en caja.

Son unos ladrones y estafadores.venden cosa a muy alto precio que en otros lugares pueden estar a mitad de ese precio .no te permite cambiar lo que compraste a otras cosa de la tienda ,nunca entre a esta tienda porque no vale nada ,se van arrepentir

Went in to buy a lens filter. Shame on me for not knowing what it should have cost. They charged me $149.00 for a filter I could have bought anywhere for $25.00. I would have spent a lot of money had they treated me right. Bunch of thieves!
