Make sure you check everything for roaches and bugs before they enter your house, even if you get a tv. I recently had them deliver a sofa & love seat, tv & tv stand. I sat down on the couch and it definitely did not seem like the same one they had in store, had a horrible smell to it. I dealt with it for the time being to watch some tv, next thing I know I see a roach on the screen, I get up and see a couple more, I looked on the back and realized they were coming out of the tv. I immediately contacted them, andrew answered & was arguing with me, but finally transfered me to the store manager satara, she basically called me a liar & blamed the bugs on me. I then went down there to speak face to face with satara, come to realize the couch I thought I was getting was still in the same spot. So they did swindle me on that. Satara told me that they just brought that couch out, & and that if I wanted to return my stuff I had to ensure they were bug free. I bought 12 bug bombs, went home, inspected the couch & seen lots of rips that were sewed up, & new that wasnt the couch I looked at. I bombed my place, returned the stuff & went to art van furniture and did there rent to own, I got the same living room and tv stand at half the monthly cost & saved a few thousand on the total cost I would of paid and they threw in a free tv. Heck ya. Plus everything was NEW. Screw them crooks at rent a center.

Been taking advantage of disabled people. me and my friend, both disabled. take turns paying my account but each time is a different price and items are in poor condition. They say we not adult enough to speak to them. they know of our disabilites , yet rent and bully us to renting more stuff. knowing we get a monthly check, charge late fee upon late fees. im 40 and severe bipolar so avoid confrontation, cause in long run ill win. but thats not me.

Amazing place. I currently have a laptop on rent with rent a center. I have had no issues with my product at all. Great customer service. Satara and her team are really fun to work with. I am sure that if I need anything in the future I will be getting it here.

Staff is very nice and helpful. I like the over the phone payment option. Payments could be a little lower but over all good place
