Weve purchased a French door fridge, a stove, an upright freezer and a standard fridge from the Holland ABC. We shop around every time but keep coming back because they offer the best price on the same product as other stores. Delivery has always been prompt and professional. We used to joke about how the sales staff would attack you like piranhas when you walked in the door, but honestly they are much better now. They are helpful but also content to leave us alone if we are just looking/thinking things over. The reason I feel called to write a review now is this. A couple weeks ago we purchased a new fridge, after watching sales for 3 months to get the best price.. ABC price matched the sale and was able to deliver the fridge earlier than the other store, plus had a more affordable warranty program. Then this week I saw that a different store was advertising the fridge for $250 less than what we paid. I thought I had heard that ABC would make price adjustments in cases like these, but was expecting to have to fight for it and possibly not be successful. I was amazed that when I brought the ad and my receipt in, the salesman was very friendly and immediately sat down and issued the refund without even the slightest hassle! Well be updating the rest of our kitchen appliances this year, and I will definitely be back!

I have read a number of negative reviews but my experiences with ABC have been mostly positive. I have been purchasing appliances and electronics from them for over 15 years (before the Holland store opened I went to the store Grand Rapids); I have several rental properties and when an appliance gives out I can go to ABC and get a replacement at a good price in less than an hour. In addition, I have gotten high end appliances for my family at good prices. They have a good selection, usually in stock. This week I purchased a TV for myself and a day later changed my mind; I returned it and got a full refund with no hassles. Yes, they have salespeople who some say work hard for the sale but my thinking is they are motivated because they work on commision - meaning that I get great personal service.

I was told by a salesman that I was "approved" for the ABC credit line. I purchased a TV, only to find out that I was actually denied the ABC credit line. The salesman lied straight to my face. I was, however, approved for a scam-loan by a credit rebuilding company called Tempoe, and the salesman apparently thought that was a rather unimportant detail to disclose. Anything to get the sale though, right?

WE have spent a lot of our hard earned money at abc warehouse . We do are homework and then go see them, Zack our sales go to guy always knows more on the gear we are buying even though weave researched it. He is very knowledgeable and gives us great advice. And we know we cant get it cheaper any where. So go prepared and save some money.

My refrigerator died Friday. Spent hours trying to get a repair person in. Went to ABC Warehouse at 8 pm. Not only did I get a fantastic deal, but they delivered it by 9 am so we could make it to our nephews wedding in Ludington at 3pm Saturday.. Beyond impressed!

I was in yesterday to purchase a mattress. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the purchase. The salesman that helped me (Dirk, I believe) was incredibly friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I would come to this location again for my next purchases.

The worst shopping experience ever. I bought an Amana washer from them and it was defective. ABC (already been cheated) warehouse has a no return policy. Avoid these people and this company. They will take your money while selling you a defective product.
