I have lived around the corner from this store my whole life and the spanish crew that used to work there where amazing and so helpful but now they have these two heavy-set guys in there. Went in to have my battery checked and the first thing they told me was that they didnt have time to help me so I offered to wait. Within 5 mins one of the guys was free to help me but he was very reluctant to come outside, complaining to his coworker. When he told me the battery was dead, I asked if they would install the new one. He sighed again and told me that it would be a long time before he could help me. Even though I was more then happy to wait patiently, it felt like I was a burden. This is a service this company has been offering for years and these two where so lazy and unprofessional, id be better off asking a neighbor for help next time.

Very poor service. As polite as I was, the employee was very short and said all of 10 words when I was speaking to him. Then added product onto my receipt without asking me if I would like to purchase it. And did not honor posted prices even when I brought it to his attention. I think Ill be taking my business to advanced auto from now on. Gotta remember sales reps alot of your customers have already had a bad day, they have to fix their cars, dealing with a bad rep is the last thing we want when we are buying our parts.

Seems busy at times but the service is good. Christian did a great job changing my battery (once he got an opportunity).
