A really great addition to the neighborhood. Im going to be traveling to Europe soon so I went to the Tumi store for luggage. I also got a great deal on a coat at Columbia. During the holidays, its beautifully decorated. The Disney store was quite popular, too! Lots of food options in and around the outlet mall. I also like the open feel of the mall, but there are also plenty of places to hide out in case of inclement weather. The parking lot can be a little confusing, so watch out for drivers who dont understand a 4-way stop! Valet parking is available. Concierge desk is courteous and helpful. Ask them about signing up on the website to get a coupon book and news about all the latest deals sent to you via email.

OMG LOVE THIS MALL. THIS PLACE DESERVES A 5 STAR RATING!!! IT IS LAYED OUT LIKE A BEACH BOARDWALK AND IS SO GLORIOUS. THE MALL SEEMS TO BE IN A PERFECT LAYOUT. THE MALL HAS PERFECT GUARD FROM THE FLORIDA SUN! THE MALL IS A PERFECT SIZE GREAT FOR WALKING. THE FOOD COURT WAS A BIT SMALL BUT ITS SO GLORIOUS I JUST COULDNT HATE ON IT. THIS IS WAY BETTER THAN THE HASSLE AT WIREGLASS. THIS IS TOP RECOMMEND. IT FEELS LIKE YOU ARE ON VACATION IN THIS MALL. NEVER BEEN SOMEWHERE LIKE THIS! BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF IT WAS OPEN A BIT LATER MAYBE TO 12. I THOUGHT THAT Would Make It BETTER BECAUSE IT LOOKS NICE AT NIGHT BUT UNFORTUNATELY ITS NOT OPEN THAT LONG AT THE NIGHTIME WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN.

This mall is well laid out and provides plenty of shaded areas despite being an outdoor mall. The variety of stores is average and there are still several vacant units. I go here because it is convenient, not because it is anything spectacular. The pirate playground for kids is nice and the center courtyard is very relaxing and well decorated. The ood court is quite small though but is okay for a mall of this size considering they are building several fast food and table service restaurants on the outskirts of this property.

rating based on appearance and amount of stores not on pricing of merchandise. so the outlets are well maintained, but they really need to add water to the fountain area, it looks run down when its all dry with a small amount of dirty water. but the stores are nice and clean so is the general area. food court is decent but food not that great. great play area for kids and godiva ice cream is great try it. and the bathrooms are really clean with a good sized family bathroom with diaper station for babies.

Was passing through heading into Clearwater and decided to make a few stops per some friends recommendations. This shopping center was overall impressive. It was quick and easy and spaced out well. Plus the sale they were having at all the stores was great. Only would recommend placing some more maps at additional corner points of the center. Took me a little while to find a map to help save me time.

This outlet mall is truly a gem. The ambience is very nice and peaceful. This is the best place for athletic shoes, they have a Nike, Adidas, Converse, Under Armour, Puma, Reebok, New Balance, Asics store. I love the fact that the outlet has all the popular brands at discounted prices. As a mom this is my one stop shop for kids shoes and clothes. The Disney Outlet has very great deals too.

This is a nice outlet mall. I consider myself the ultimate shopper and have frequented many outlet malls. The layout is excellent, and the common areas have plenty of seating and play areas for children. If you sit near the fountain area and close your eyes, it feels like you are on the shores of a beach. Great job! Also, there is a good variety of stores without being overwhelming.

The ladies at the Coach store are great. I was just there looking for a Christmas gift and I found the bag but not the color I wanted. They were super helpful in looking around but no luck. They quickly ordered one for me and I had at the house next day. You all rock!!! Thank you so much and thanks for helping me with everything and just in time for Christmas.

I wish there were more food options here, but otherwise a great selection of stores and a nice COVERED outside area to walk to and from shops! This lets you walk out in the Florida sun without dreading it! The design of the mall is cool too, the fountain in the middle brings a nice touch. Doesnt feel like its next to a busy road (you cant hear it either.)

I wish Id have liked this place a lot more than I did. I wanted to go since it opened and I just found it to be a bit boring. Im sorry, but it was. It felt like a ghost town. Something needs to be done to make this a worth while place to travel to. The stores are okay, the people that work there though, great! They deserve you to amp it up.

Shopping mall heaven located conveniently off the highway, the outlets have plenty to offer and the facilities are very clean. The parking is a hassle due to how popular the outlets are. You can come stroll around here on a nice day and just enjoy the tons of options available for your needs. There isnt too many options for food though.

This location was one of my favorite, but I was disappointed after I visited it today. Staff were very rude, young girls who didnt want to offer their help or greet properly. Overall, as a loyal customer I am upset that such a great company as Tommy which dont hire professional staff who runs the store in a proper manner!

These discount malls have changed a lot, since Ive been to one. This mall has free parking and a lot of familiar brands and stores. I went specifically to check out Off Saks. I use to go to the one in S. Fl. They had good deals. The selection and variety seemed okay but the prices were so much higher than expected.

Okay, the best shopping outlets in the area! First of all, the parking is so convenient! The selection of stores is OUTSTANDING and the crowds? Well, there were none on a WEEKEND! I cannot go into ALL the shoppes that we visited but everyone will recognize the names and I recognized the savvy savings!

Even though the stores were busy because of the tax free weekend, the employees were ready to handle the situation. We never waited more than a few minutes to check out. My kids got 7 pairs of shoes between 3 stores for just over $200 at Adidas, Nike, Under Armor. We will definitely be coming up more often

Something about this place is very uninviting. I cant quite put my finger on it. Maybe it is the layout of the parking lot, or the layout of the shops. I have talked to others who feel the same way. Also, dont expect to find deals here. Even though it is an Outlet Mall, the prices are often higher.

Nicer than I expected. The road into it is somewhat bizarre and I would absolutely avoid coming here during any busy time because of it. But the store selection is good. I like the amount of covered areas. It was raining when we went so we appreciated it but it also would help in the heat of the day.
