Average on a good day.I find the clothing selections boring or geared more towards a teen to early 20 something..I guess the biggest fault that I have with this mall is how some of the sales ppl are down right snobby..I actually did a little test just to see if what I am saying is in fact a true statement..I must say that I was hoping that I was wrong but sadly I hit it right on the head..Because I actually went into a few of the top rated or most popular stores dressed in clean but outdated clothing and I was ignored by the staff and if someone would approach me they were constantly glancing at me like I had just left the gutter..I then went back and I was dressed up and had my hair and make-up done perfectly and as soon as I would walk into a store there would be more than one customer service rep asking me if I needed help with anything? Oh, trust me. I know this sounds nit picky but ppl shouldnt just assume that someone is not worthy of their time due whether or not they are wearing name brand clothing..I have shopped all over the country and this one tiny two level mall is just crawling with uppity staff and sales reps..Hey you asked for the publics opinion and I have given you mine and I am sorry that it is not in favor for the only mall that Gville,SC has right now..I did find the food court or whats left of it pleasurable and for all of the smartasses out there I am not over weight so no need for the fat comments that ppl usually go for whenever someone mentions food OR EATING OUT..Oh and one more thing to go with this I am not a "SNOB" I am a super friendly person that reaches out and tries to engage with others but for some reason I have not been able to apply that to most but not all of the sales ppl in this mall..

Sadly, its the only mall worth visiting in the Greenville area if you just want to go to a mall. This is a Simon mall, so I really thought with this renovation theyd be more on par with good malls. Variety of stores is minimal and pushy people at those mall carts, especially the ones with the hair irons. Sutra? I think thats who they are. Just do not take no for an answer. Walk around the Christmas display. Those cart people are very pushy as well. Not on par with Atlanta or Charlotte malls at all and thats sad for a Simon branded mall. Maybe this mall needs better management? To be honest, not much around this mall and Woodruff Road has everything, literally everything this old looking mall doesnt. Hopefully some day this mall will be good or injected with a real renovation with interesting stores. Brookestone is gone as well, replaced with another shoe store. If you want fake or replica jewelry or watches, overpriced cell phone cases and knockoff sunglasses, however, you can shop the little cart things that yell at you. If you want to pay $250 for a hair iron from intrusive sales people, this is your mall. I guess while writing this review, it reinforced how bad my experiences are when I go there. I wouldnt normally, but Apple is there.

I went to Haywood Mall on Fathers Day with my family, while waiting to pick up a child from a class. While there, we purchased a 30 minute massage for my husband (the massage was awesome and worth every penny). Because it was Fathers Day, and one of my children was not there, I got my phone out to take a picture of my husband looking relaxed and happy in the massage chair - to show my daughter later. A mall security guard (I believe his names is Christian) stormed up to me (very scary) and practically YELLED at me in front of my husband, my 10 year old daughter, and many onlookers that I COULD BE ARRESTED and that TAKING A PHOTOGRAPH IN THE MALL IS ILLEGAL. My daughter was terrified, I was GREATLY embarrassed, and the "rent-a-cop" was WRONG. You are legally allowed to photograph what you can freely see. If the public is allowed to enter, then you can take photographs. This includes shopping malls, the lobbies of office buildings, parks, and shops. I will NEVER spend another PENNY (same goes for my family and as many friends as I can spread the word to) in a Simon Mall.

There are a number of issues that can occur that will cause someone to complain. Nothing, however, is as awful is poor sanitation and safety issues in a restaurant. My husband and I had lunch at the food court yesterday. After lunch as we walked away, we saw a cockroach skittle under the door from the pita place. I dont know if there are roaches throughout the side-by-side eateries, but it seems likely that if you see 1 there are thousands where it came from. The Food Court should be deep cleaned and have a pest control plan in place. To brush this aside as "only 1 roach" is a person very unfamiliar with roach infestations in restaurants. Needless to say we wont be back there, but people will know that this is a problem sooner or later. I know that this may seem petty, but honestly a roach fear will keep people from eating there.

I have visited this store quite a few times always looking at that Tag Heuer watch glazing at me in that glass box. Yesterday (April 28, 2014) i had no intention on going into reeds until those big red letters 60% OFF. I was with my buddy and we just had to walk in and just have a little peek. Niki Cox as usual comes up to me with a friendly greeting. Niki shows my friend and i these awesome watches and yes we couldnt resist and had to buy not one but two watches! Niki Cox did a fantastic job in selling us these watches. She did an outstanding job and is so diligent, genuinely a fantastic employee at Reeds in the Haywood mall. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I went to the haywood mall today with the intentions of buying some new fall candles from bath and body works. When I went into bath and body works everything was fine until I was going to check out. I was looking at the 2 for $5 mini candles when I was harassed by an employee! She came up to me 4 times in a two minute time span! I have never been bothered that many times in one trip and I did not appreciate it. From now on I will be ordering my candles from online.

Its a very nice mall. Several years ago it was very basic and didnt have a lot of the big stores it has today. It has improved so much on the outside and the inside. However, the main probelm you will have now is parking. It is always crowded, even on non-holidays. Greenville has grown to fast and its having trouble keeping up. The food court is very pretty and several good options but again youll struggle to find a seat sometimes.
